As a former user of Castparty and nurfed (For the ToT'sT feature)
AG unitframes are a brilliant replacement for Nurfed and i can see who the raid boss is targeting whilst having my Main tank targeted so i can heal him with keys and heal the rest of the raid with clicks.
But in PvP I had the Castparty unit frames active as well as nurfed ones, that is "player" and "target" frames just to the right of my character - This meant i could look at the middle of my screen as see everything i needed as well as having a frame to easily click on to shield/renew/flashheal etc and show how much life i have left :)
Clique does an ok job of replacing the click part of Castparty - But what I'm really wanting is a way to duplicate AGs frames IE have two copies of player and target, and let them have different styles so that i can have a smaller frame to the right of screen center to click on.
At the moment I'm making do by /focusing myself, but that does not let me have a target of focus shown.
if anyone has an idea on how to do this I would like to hear from you.
PS, I still want to keep the standard player/target/ToT etc in the top left while PvPing as well, as i use that when I'm trying to find out who that pesky mage is about to POM pyro so i can save him :)
I want to have the original blizzard frame from me and my first target and the groups linke in the ss. With aguf the char names in the groups are to big/small (yaABF/ABF), mana bar is to big (in mg2 it is only half of the health bar).
Sry if i have say something that was always said, but i did not want to read 38 pages :), so i hope i can finde the same layout how in mg2 also in ag_uf.
have problem when target my pet and try to dismiss. I have the dread blizzard popup error ... the message are for Mobhealth that try to use something that only blizzard can use... i ignore the message but i can't dismiss my pet...
Right now Ive notice Shift/Ctrl/Alt set to the dewdrop menu. When having Shift/Ctrl/Alt pressed, and I try and click a party member, it will not register the click. I have a lot of keys bound with shift and alt (selfcast) and Ctrl is vent. As a healer, I selfcast a lot and then switch targets by clicking party members ;(
Anyway to disable it so I can freely use shift/alt/ctrl keys. Ty
Edit: Nvm, seems like its Blizzard. On live I cannot choose the target when I have those keys down but on TBC Beta, I can. Ive tried using Betas WTF Folder and Addon folder for live but it doesnt work.
I believe someone else posted this already but it would be very nice to add the ability to specifiy the location of each frame in AGUF by coordinates (Nurfed does this, I believe X-Perl does not also).
Take that 1 step further and give us a shadow frame for doing this -- IE: I would like to align all my raid frames up when im not raiding -- some kind of outline to show where they are actually going would be great.
I agree it would be nice to have an in-game method for specifying the coordinates. I imagine there is a file somewhere I could go modify, but in-game is nice. Shadow frames would also be great.
I asked before but never saw any response, is it possible, planned, impossible, not planned, hackable, whatever, to allow filtering of buffs, but not debuffs? My unitframes in raid/pvp situations have entirely too many buff icons that I just don't care about. I still want to be able to see every debuff though.
I seem to have a problem with click targetting the 4th member of my party.
I have my party frame aligned horizontally and moved to the top of the screen (kinda like Photek's UI).
However, whether in combat or not, I cannot click to target the 4th (right-most) member of my group.
Also, ag_uf's recoloring of the party member's specific frame seems to be buggered for the 4th party member as well. I'm not sure what to call that overlay that pales your party member's health/mana bars to indicate that person is affected by a debuff, but whatever that is is buggered for the 4th party member. Instead of being laid on top of the whole frame it seems to be laid only on a small center portion of the health/mana bars so it looks more like a graphical anomaly/artifact than an overlay.
The "difference" mana bar text is not quite working properly. For HP it works fine (difference does not show when zero), but for the mana bar it displays the difference even when it's at zero. Also, please add a space between the current value and the difference, so it's easier to read. I realize I can do most of this with Custom tags, but I don't believe I can change the color (maybe this is possible?)
In ag_WatchdogCore.lua, replace line 147 with the statement for hpDiff (starts at line 197), using manaDiff. I also add a space before the red color string for each of these.
After the latest update, my manabar is empty from time to time, even though I am at full mana. The numbers (values) are correct though. This doesn't happen on the targetframe when I select players, their manabars show up opaque and correctly.
This 'bug' doesn't affect gameplay, just a minor annoyance.
I'm not sure if any of you have noticed that the author of the addon itself hasn't responded to your posts about bugs & requests in a long time.. If you'd like for your issues to actually be read/considered I'd suggest doing what the author asked (pretty sure he posted this, and it's his sig for crying out loud).
