I suggest just using it as a normal boss encounter thing instead of an extras.
as far as it only enabling on a certain zone, you could use the Kel'Thuzad hack.
If you want I can clean it all up for you.

I looked that the Kel'Thuzad hack, I could implement that no problem. I had talked some with Rabbit in irc and he/I thought it would work best as an Extra since it's not directly related to a boss. I guess maybe I could stick it under Medivh? It seems that BigWigs wants to process boss modules with only babble-boss names, so I can't just make up a name for it.
Next question, should I lump the 3 actual bosses, Chrono Lord, Temporus, and Aeonus into this module as well, or make their own that activate with the same hack? I didn't want to rely on targetting/mouseover as I'm the one that runs LittleWigs in my runs and I might get stuck on add duty :)
Are there any transcriptor logs that you want. I usually have transcriptor disabled, but I would be happy to contribute to this addon by submitting transcriptor logs of instances/bosses.
Anything I should log?
Personally I run it on almost all encounters (unless I know 100% that they work as expected), that way if it's an encounter that needs warnings I have the log, or if it doesn't work quite right, like your Vorpil report, you have the log to show the real data.
You can also always check the wiki to see which bosses are missing or are not complete. I try to keep it up to date everytime I patch in a new boss.
I think you should make it one boss module not found under extras. And just name it Black Morass.
Enable it with the KT hack and add all the bosses and portal timers etc in the one module.
People don't look for this thing under extras. They look for it under Caverns of Time.
BigWigs-2.0 r39021 - Core.lua:479: Babble-Boss-2.2: Reverse translation for "The Black Morass" does not exist
That's the only problem, should I just added "The Black Morass" to babble-boss? It doesn't really fit, but BigWigs takes the name and checks it against Babble-Boss apparently.

Ammo, any suggestion on what I should do about this, I guess I could just name it Medivh since his name is in Babble-Boss. Doesn't completely make since, but probably the best option without adding "The Black Morass" to Babble-Boss, or getting you guys to tweak BigWigs.

set the module.synctoken to: "The Black Morass"
That's all you have to do I think
Edit: I went ahead and corrected some of the issues.
Request, if possible, and apologies if I should be posting this elsewhere but I'm in the middle of a run and wanted to write this down before I forgot again.
Normal Mechanar bit, if the *type* of damage shield up could be announced (I checked with my friends and we couldn't remember if he had a debuff for the shield to indicate or no) that would be superb. One of my guildies is colorblind and has killed himself on his warlock alt a time or two because he couldn't tell it was the spell shield up. DPSers would have a second warning to stop as appropriate, and healers would get extra help in knowing which suicidal DPS person was likely to need a heal or three (or a mocking laugh) in the next few seconds.

Actually this is in there, but having just completed a Mech run myself, I know it definetly did NOT work as expected. I rhink I got a Transcriptor log for it, and will try and see what is broken. If anyone else goes on a Mech run in the next few days a log would be fantastic help.
I only see the "begins to cast..." message ones, every other time I just see "gains...". If anyone can confirm that would be cool.

Pathaleon the Calculator
Before Pathaleon enraged, LittleWigs spammed the party with the message "Nether Wraiths Despawning Soon" around 5 or 6 times in like 2 seconds. I assume that message is only meant to be displayed once.
There seems to be something wrong with the Botanist Freywin module. I've run Botanica about 3-4 times now since the Freywin mod was put in, but it never says when he does his "Tranquility." It does say a message when he's defeated, but has never said a message for "Tranquility." All the other boss mods in Botanica work (Laj). It just doesn't work for Freywin.

BM not quite working, it was 1 portal behind most the time. Also, after you kill a boss, any way to get a timer bar for when next portal opens. We didn't get one, but might be because of that error.

right click on the bigwigs button in fubar - select the zone and boss, and select Restart.
Or even faster, click the fubar button with your left mousebutton. Done.
