Thanks. I'm still really impressed by the design of this mod. You do a much better job of showing me what I need to know in a way I can quickly understand it than BigWigs or DBM.
I had an idea tonight while working on Anub. Is it possible to choose a player and manually set an arrow pointing toward him? I'm a healer, and sometimes I lose track of my tank during things like the burrow phase of this fight. Having an arrow that said "Tank Is Over There!" would be tremendously useful.
During 25m, the mod worked great tonight in ToC. However, for some reason, no bars showed up for gormok in 10m - does the mod need some sort of switch to be activated in 10m (hard mode if it matters)? The boss health bars are there, but no timers.
(update - bars showed up for worms - so no idea whats happening for gormok).

Yes, put this in a macro
/script DXE.Arrows:AddTarget("name",duration,"TOWARD","Tank Is Over There!,"spelltext")
So for example, if your tank is named "Abcde" and you wanted it to show for 10 seconds you would do
/script DXE.Arrows:AddTarget("Abcde",10,"TOWARD","Tank Is Over There!,"Position")

Try the latest alpha or v335-beta. It should be working in every raid difficulty. The versions above v335-beta and below v335-beta-29 alpha aren't very stable.
The only thing I'm missing is actual heads-up warnings. I understand you use bars which flash or stay until something is dispelled. However, this only works if the emphasis-bars are centered, which isn't where I have them - and neither do most players I know.
Would it be possible to have a "warning" bar instead of an emphasis bar, with a separate anchor. So that things like "Flame vents NOW!" or "Nether Power - Dispel!" go to that anchor.
KnThrak, I disagree with the change you're asking for. There are already two bar anchors, one for long timers and one for urgent ones. Why don't you just put your urgent bars in the middle if you want bars in the middle? Adding yet another bar anchor just makes things more complicated and takes up even more screen real estate.
Kollektiv already mentioned that he'd be adding an option to output "alert" type warnings through SCT/etc. I too, prefer this. I don't want bars in the middle (and neither, I think, does KnThrak). I just want instant alerts like "fire on you, move now!" to be more "in my face" than being mixed in with timer bars.
Here's what I plan to do. I'll make three different options for the handling of warning alerts.
1. Anchor to the center anchor (default)
2. Anchor to a separate warnings anchor, which will have the same options as the top/center anchor.
3. Output to MSBT,SCT,etc.
Also for option 2, I could add a toggle in the Encounters->Alerts section to force a timer to anchor onto the warnings anchor, because some alerts are extremely short (cast bars). This toggle will be off by default for every alert and will only work if option 2 is selected. OR just have a threshold slider so any alert <= some time will anchor onto the warnings anchor.
Any suggestions are welcome before I implement this.
I suggest you won't make MSBT, SCT output exclude the bars. Rather make it a toggle and add an option to use no bars. This way people who would still like to see bars and have MSBT output could have it both ways.
On 25-man Yogg-Saron tonight the Crusher spawn timers seemed off. At least twice I saw the timer end ~5 seconds before the brain team stunned Yogg, but no crusher spawned. I wish I had more detailed troubleshooting info to give you.
As far as your warning alert plan, it sounds reasonable. In general, I'd shy away from adding a ton of options to all the individual alerts in all the encounters. When I end up going in and clicking the same check box on a couple dozen option pages, my enthusiasm for a piece of software quickly wanes. I consider making the bar texture and font settings global a big improvement over setting them individually for each anchor, and I'd much prefer a global toggle + threshold slider over individual toggles per alert.
If you decide to cater to the people who like twiddling all those pages and pages of options, I probably don't mind so long as the defaults stay sane.

I didn't plan to do that, but I'll make it flexible enough to do it.

I'll have to look into the tentacle timer next week, unless someone who hasn't cleared Yogg this week wants to try and figure it out. Blizzard should have indicated this in the patch notes .
Yeah, the threshold idea is better so I'm going to go with it. Even if I added more individual options, people only have to configure it one time, and then they're done until a new encounter is added. I don't consider it that bad.

After configuring all the Colliseum options to disable sounds from all abilities, only to have to go through them for Ulduar as well, I can only second the need for a 'global' config for alerts. Or at least a way less loud default. :-)

There is a 'Disable Sounds' option in Alerts -> Bars. It has been there for quite a while.
Aye, all of the alerts with the sounds are rather troublesome to disable a majority of. Global disable toggle would be nice, but not one that only silences, one that sets them all to off so you can enable them one by one afterwards

In short, I like the bars the way they are.
Thanks for the script, that will be handy! :)

I know, but I'm trying to disable all sounds so I can only enable a couple, sorry for not being explicit about it.
