2) No scaling options. Yes, I'm glad I can choose how many columns, but that doesn't help me when I really need to say "I want this to be 250px wide."
...
I use Scale Everything for that, but yeah I wish it had a option for scale.
But now that you are suggesting things, this is something I wish it had:
-Shared media compatibility
-"Semi hide on combat" option, leave a small window (like XRS) with the bars. I know I could leave the whole dashboard on but I find it kinda big and cant do much at 1/2 boss fight if someone its missing wisdom.
-Rogue's ToT or hunter's MD warning.
Could it be possible that the Anti-Spam feature also blocks expiring messages?
Because today I noticed the first time that a fish feast expiring message wasn't sent (the notice on cast was sent). It could be that it would have been sent just after a soulwell cast notice.

I wholeheartedly agree with both these suggestions. I actually thought about it more while failing in Ulduar on Sunday, and I would be EXTREMELY happy if you had a separate window for the bars (a la XRS) or a collapsing one for combat. I think it DOES collapse a little in combat, but as I recall its still annoying. Really, the only thing I like about XRS is that its a small little window full of bars for things like AFK, Range (zone and near, which is vital for a warlock when summoning), Life, Mana, etc. I like that the bars in RBS can show me HEALER mana as opposed to mage and warlock mana, or tank health as opposed to raid health. I think ultimately the best thing, for me, would be if there was an option to create a bar or an icon for ANY of the buffs. For some buffs, its easier for me to look at them in bar form rather than icon form. Maybe that's just me though... But I would really like the SharedMedia.
Okay, enough rambling. Summer colds are the worst.
Sadly, the translation change to poisons haven't fixed my poison detecting problem.
But I now remembered that I installed a new addon some time ago that uses inspecting. So maybe this one is causing issues.
danielbarron, could you please check the Addon TCoL_ScoreUs if it's inspecting correctly?
danielbarron, could you please check the Addon TCoL_ScoreUs if it's inspecting correctly?
I'm not danielbarron, but a quick look over the code shows that it's not calling NotifyInspect(), but rather it calls InspectUnit() which pops up the inspect window.
In any event, this will call through to NotifyInspect(). Since it's not hooking NotifyInspect(), it can (and probably often does) receive data for a different unit than it believes.
While I don't think it will cause issues with other correctly written addons (other than forcing them to re-queue a failed inspect), I'm surprised that it works in real use.
While fishing in terrokkar to finally get my salty.title, mr pinchy granted me his blessing.
Although it's extremely rare and difficult to get (low droprates and multiple wishes)
i wondered if we should add it to rbs . http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=33053 , is the same as a flask of stoneblood and persists for 2 h and even over death.
Any chance we could have the raid warning for feast placement as is provided now for raid leads/assists, but some way to turn off the whispering when people miss it? The whispering is rather inappropriate when you are not a raid lead/assist.
Back from my holiday now. I will try and reply tomorrow night.
With regards whispering when non-assist. This should not happen as only an assistant can do a raid warning and it is the act of doing a raid warning sets a call back. Are you sure you are not an assistant? Was it a pug?

Stoneblood is 1.3k. Pinchy is 0.5k. Pinchy already was added to RBS a long time ago. It is counted as a TBC flask.

I can confirm that. I was in a pug (didn't had leader or assist or anything else) and the raid warning was not sent, but the whispers were.
pinchy should be 1300 for a level 80 char, the comment on wowhead says it and im pretty sure ive seen it myself. (if it had been 500 or less i probably wouldn have posted=) i need to fish a few more pinchys and make a screenshoot.
If they give the same amount of health it should be counted as wotlk buff
I second the whispering food buff option. I'm not sure why something so spammy would be turned on by default though.
The reason is I made the choice based on the raids I attend. It has really helped speed up slackers with food buffs. This won't be useful for everyone. Also it's good to get feedback about what people like and dislike. I can make changes in alpha/beta versions and when the feedback settles down I can make stable releases with the best defaults.
1) RBS dashboard is ugly. Skinner helps with that a little, but its still unwieldy, even when you remove all the buttons you don't care about. I'd almost like to see it resize when it detects that buffs aren't available to your group, but that would probably be too much bloat.
3) The bars aren't very useful to me. Granted, I'll admit, I haven't played with them much since the first week they were out, but I like that my XRS is right there, showing me AFK, dead, near people, etc. I wish that I could make my own queries for the bars (RABuffs doesn't work for me anymore I'm afraid), but I can live with them being buttons instead. Basically, I want more information if you're going to show me bars, and that may simply be because I'm used to XRS and RABuffs for this sort of thing (like AFK status). Basically, I want the option to turn some things into bars I guess. Hehe, silly I know.
4) Customization. I need to have a "Detect Invisibility" button on RBS for my warlock to make sure that I buff that in Naxx. I can't do this in RBS as easily as I can in XRS.
RBS tries to automatically spot who the tanks are. It does this in two steps. First it looks at the tank list. (Every raid uses a tank list right?) It can use many tank list systems in common use including anything compatible with the Blizzard tank list, oRA2, ctra, or xperl. Then it looks at the talents and class of the players on the list to check they could tank. It will ignore players who are not tanks (eg Priests) that are only being used for following DPS or other scenarios.

Expiring messages will not show when people are all well fed also have soul stone. Or if you are in combat (even someone killing a rat). Each message is separate and should not affect the other.

The author of TCoL_ScoreUs talks about it in this thread:
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=18570227226&sid=1
My advice is that the author switches to LibTalentQuery.
I already deleted that Addon again, so my next raid will show if it changed anything for RBS poison detection.

You can try editing the translation. It's possible lua does not like the format of the reg exp. Try the other options I suggested.
I can confirm that. I was in a pug (didn't had leader or assist or anything else) and the raid warning was not sent, but the whispers were.
Will try it the next time, I always forget to check it during the raid

Also you can hide all the buttons in combat just leaving the bars already. Click top right in the dash and choose option to hide in combat.

In short have options to change the texture of the bars/fonts with LibSharedMedia
