no bars. last night in naxx non of my bars would come on dueing any fight yet BigWigs said it was active and every time i got to a boss it would load the boss but during the fight no bars would appear any ideas what would be causing this?

Did you restart your wow completely or just reloaded your UI after updating?
i tryed that. the only way i can get it to load the bars is right click the BW minimap button and go to the bos were ona nd uncheck active and the put it back then is works fine. and it will keep working for the rest of the raid. but i have to do that every time i start a raid.
The bars are intended to not be gradient colored to completion. So yeah, darkbluegray and red. But there's options to change it.
As well as options for the text alignment that has been in for a day or 2.

Did Uld last night and notised that the timer bars for razorscale harpoons was showing despite me having everything in that module set to not show BUT only for the first hapoon each pgace, the others didn't show, as intended.

Posted this on WoWInterface but assumed this was the more watched discussion; is there any way to remove the outline around the text on the bars? Also, is there an option anywhere that allows the user to change the color of the flash?
My guess is you have another issue than with the bars. Try deleting everything bigwigs related including your saved variables and reinstalling.

You should probably remove the unit scanning and the raid icon placing on Emalon, since 3.1.2 the overcharged add grows very big, impossible to miss it now.
It's still easier for me (as a melee class) to tab through them as I'm running over and find the one with the skull on it, than to perform acrobatic maneuvers with my camera to get a view of something other then the mobs' feet and try to click on the tall one. If people don't want the extra overhead of raid target scanning, they can just turn off the marking feature.

The range frame issue isn't related to razorskale, but to all fights that has one, it plain never shows.
