In the Sartharion module, the warning for drakes spawning adds in portals doesn't need to be a Personal warning... currently it triggers the Flash module, which is rather annoying as it's not something I need to take any immediate action for as a healer. Save Personal warnings and flashing for things that don't affect the entire raid at the same time. :p
I noticed when I die during a boss it will stop all timers, this is a problem because when I get battle ressed it resets things like enrage timers which means I no longer know how long till enrage, seems to happen for all boss modules.
Maybe you don't need that but it still can be useful for healers (dropping agro, additional heals, or positioning). Can't you turn it off?
Yes, but only if I want to turn off seeing it entirely. I still want to see the standard warning message for it. I just don't want it it to trigger a screen flash. That should be reserved for things that actually need my personal attention immediately, like Thaddius charge changes or a void zone spawning on me. When an add spawns in a drake's portal, there is no immediate action I need to take unless I am the healer assigned to go into the portal. Unfortunately BigWigs doesn't provide more granular options for selecting how each event should be warned, and it's all or nothing, which is why I suggested not using the "Personal" designation for a simple raid-wide event.

I am not overly familiar with the hierarchy of modules within BigWigs, so I may be addressing the wrong forum. If that is the case I apologize.
How would it be possible to incorporate BigWigs' proximity display into third party addons? I find having full featured raid frames plus another rather large window dedicated solely to displaying proximity warnings somewhat redundant. I understand this leads to compatibility issues and there are many players who do not use raid frames, yet for say Grid users a simple status display would reduce clutter and improve readability a lot.
Making a Grid module that handles these status changes is very simple, but due to me being unfamiliar with BigWigs' innards, hooking into the proximity module is something beyond me. On Grid's part this would require nothing but receiving the unitID or GUID of the player entering / leaving range, or alternatively a list of all the valid players each time BW scans the raid. Can I get this data without changing the original files?
If you mouseover your bigwigssymbol on fubar/broker/minimap it should be in the tooltip who has no bigwigs/ an older version.
The only problem with that is it doesn't tell you which version they are actually running, if someone's is only a few revisions old that isn't so bad, but if someone's is much older then I'd like to know, Bigwigs used to have a window that would show each persons version I don't seem to be able to find that in the options any more.

Anything older than the one I released today is broken, 5178.
Edit: I mean Ulduar localization, of course.
Of course, feel free. This is currently our standard way of localization.

Someone in your raid with an old version.
Is there a way to find out who? The version check appears to be missing.

seems like the mimiron module has nothing for SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS, which is fired by spinning? it does work with dbm.
