Probably a stupid question:
Are the "Assist MT" key bindings for targeting the target of a MT? Is the ability to assign a target to an MT implemented in oRA2? I tried using the "Assist MT" keys to assign targets and it didn't work, so I assume they mean just what they are called, that they are for assisting an MT.
Much needed feature: Force logout. Really needed for when you are attempting a boss like Loethab or Gothik and someone goes afk (not a dumbass, but an emergency) and doesn't get back and you are wasting flask/pot time. We usually have people ready to join the raid and log in but they can't because someone is in the instance afk.
Please consider this! Obviously this would only be available to the (L)eader or (A)ssistants and to those targets running oRA2 instead of CTRA.
Would it be possible to implement a filter for the keyword inviting? I don't need to see all the people getting invited but if anyone misspells the keyword it is nice to have them stand out so they can be manually invited.
Is there a set of milestones to be reached before oRA2 will be posted on wowinterface.com for general consumption?
With access to svn.wowace.com/files being wonky the past two weeks and the last oRA update on wowinterface.com dated end of June (r3656), making a stable snapshot available to the public would be welcomed. Right now there are only three people in my guild that are 'early adopters' of oRA2, primarily because they're development savvy. I'd love to convert more not-so-savvy people over from CTRA to oRA2.
Hm. any chance you can cooperate with AG_Unitframes on the look of the MT (and soon Player Target) windows? Or perhaps a way to "export" the info so that it can be handled by 3rd party UF addons? I'd really like to have a more consistant look on my frames.
In CTRaid the MTframes are get colored red if the maintank dont tank the target or the mt-target has target an other player as the maintank. There is no such function in the oRA2. Can you implement sich feature in oRA2, too?
I have attached a patch which does the following:
Mark the playername orange if he has a target
Mark the playername red if he doesn't aggro it
Mark the playername green if he has the aggro.
This is just a quick'n'dirty implementation. Feel free to expand it to something better one ;)
I saw it and I downloaded the diff. It's one of the styles I intended to do, but first I need to fix some more functionality. His code is kinda crummy though, but I'll fix that.

Edit: just fixed the sending of the resurrection messages, stupid bug. Resurrection monitor should now be filled correctly by oRA2 users.
Hey guy (Ammo), I'm doing my best on translation but I guess, many menu options cannot be translated or cannot be translated properly (I'm thinking about Maintank:bartextures for example, which should be translated in "Texture des barres" but spaces won't do).
I'm willing to go through this. What would you want me to do in order to be as efficient as possible?
I have a suggestion for setting MTs through oRA2 that should be fairly convenient, and easy to implement.
If you had an option "Set Maintanks" on the drop-down menu. From there, sub-categories for each class* present in the raid. Then again sub-categories for each player of that class in the raid. Finally, a list of "Set as MT #", to simply click and set the tank.
Very rough mockup:
*Possibly an option to list by group instead of class as well.
Sorry if this has been covered, but scanning the thread and TODO.txt I don't see it.
i'm now using bigwigs (plus the extra plugins for razu & nef) + ORA2 + EasyRaid and have everything i had before and way more, in much much less memory/update usage!
i even comply with my guild's "ctra is required" rule :p~
here's a screenshot for anyone interested in how i've got it set up.
top left=RABuffs mod (curse-gaming.com)
side/bottom left=PerlClassic UnitFrames warriors only
right side=PerlClassic UnitFrames Party & EasyRaid MT+Targets frames.

Read TODO.txt included with oRA2 it pretty much spells it out :)

I've also added the MT aggro identifier by coloring the name Progman, slightly changed the code, and made it optional as well. It's on by default.
