That's your problem then. Always download Omen from http://files.wowace.com and not from some other website that has a 4 or 6 month old copy of Omen. The copy on Curse is so old its practically unusable.
Wowmatrix upgrade to the most current version, i have the same as in Your link. But no matter which version i use Omen is not showing anythink, neither My Threat:|
Taunts seem to be broken the the lastest version of omen it seems. They do not put the threat of the person who taunted at the correct threat. Makes Brut. VERY interesting..... Here is a combat log if anyone can solve it.
Tanks: Powershift (Druid) shags (warrior)
Shags get starting aggro and then druid taunts off him and it goes back and forth as the fight progresses. This was a failed attempt so the log is short.
Omen can use any sound registered with LibSharedMedia-3.0. If you have the SharedMedia addon, read the MyMedia instructions that come with it for details on how to easily add custom sounds/fonts/textures.
Well after a brief search I couldn't find anyone else with my problem, so here we go.
Ever since the version that added the "shake" warning option, Omen's Warnings won't kick in if I don't have the Omen window open. I play in 1024x768 resolution so I have precious little screenspace, and I usually just would keep the Omen window closed and use the red screen flash warning.
Now, I can hit the "test" button in the Warning option screen and it works. And it works in the field when I keep Omen open, but it no longer works with the Omen GUI not visible.
Bit of an old problem I know since the shake was added months ago, but I haven't been playing much so I never bothered to try and figure out the problem until now, and even after several updates it's persisted. Am I stuck having to keep it open, or can anyone help me out? Thanks!
I seem to remember that issue being posted a while back in this thread. I don't remember what, if anything, was the outcome. I'm not about to sift through 32 pages to find it, but I know it was brought up.
While in combat, right click on a bar. This brings up a menu, in which you can choose "Create pullout bar". This might actually be a bit tricky though, because you need to rightclick on the correct person's bar, and his bar might be jumping around in Omen while in combat as threat values change.
[There are no plans to create pullout bars any other way]
