It's not possible to track others' soulstone/rebirth casts just from the combatlog currently due to the brokenness of the events sent. you must use an agent-based method such as oRA2.

Personnaly wouldn't mind seeing the Rebirth spell and the Soulstone in it :)
If not, still a nice addition to the BW nevertheless.
