say about two weeks worth of changes before it screams.
my raiders find the yelling very anoying. especially when i tend to update daily
On October 1st, my guild engaged Hydross the Unstable in SSC. We had no problems while pulling trash or elemental adds, however upon engaging Hydross, our main tank's threat stopped updating (thus quickly dropped to the bottom of the Omen list) within the first ten seconds of the fight. The threat generation of every other player in the raid continued to update appropriately, however we eventually ended up calling the raid after repeated wipes due to DPS classes having no idea where main tank aggro truly was, and accidentally pulling Hydross over the frost/nature line with aggro. Even upon successful frost -> nature and nature -> frost transitions, the current main tank's aggro would only update for a few seconds before freezing and being surpassed in Omen by the rest of the raid (actual aggro was maintained on the tank until someone legitimately crossed over main tank threat).
I was using Omen revision 50185 and KTM 20.4 (same problem with both - tank just dropped to TPS and fell down the list) installed along side the Photek UI and Deadly Boss Mods, however various raid members with other combinations of add-ons (various revisions of Omen with or without KTM) were all having the same problem.
Obviously, there is a new Omen out now to try, but I'm wondering if this is problem has occurred for others and may still exist.
A way to show average TPS generated over the duration of the entire fight on the specific mob, I think this would be useful to many as people could easier calculate how much DPS they could do as well as other things.
When checking the different revisions of other party/raid members, perhaps better have that show in an own window like say... oRA? Think that would be much better than spamming the chat window with 24 lines, it would also be easier to sort and have a proper look at it.
Perhaps a way to both display the current versions of Omen as well as the Threat library when doing a revision check on the raid/party?
This might already be in Omen but perhaps it would be good to be able to do a mass-announce through whispers to people who have an older version of Omen/Threat? And yes, I do know this could get terribly spammy due to Omen/Threat being updated often so perhaps there would be options to only notify people if their versions are more than X number of revisions back?

Was your tank a paladin by any chance? I've seen this kind of behavior only when our Paladin is tanking. Best example is Nightbane where she was only updating for a few seconds at start after each landing. And then the next landing she would start with like 55k threat. Also during all that time she saw herself updating on her end, but nobody saw her updating. My guess is that it might just be a glitch with transmitting.
I recently switched to Omen and I love it; however, I have a small problem. I can only see KTM users' therat and not Omen users' threat. If I do a /console reloadui it fixes everything and I can see everyone's threat including both the Omen and KTM users. Although this is a workaround, I'd like to have it working at all times. From the looks of it, whenever I change zones the bug comes back and I have to do another /console reloadui. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
PS, I updated the Ace2 libraries but that didn't help.
I'm getting this too. I also tried disabling spammy mods (Dotimer-Comms etc) and still occasionally have problems with Omen in raids. Omen either shows my threat continuing to grow long after the raid is out of combat, or fails to display it entirely. Both seem to occur when I or someone else joins the raid, or if players are moved between groups. A /console reloadui usually fixes it.. until theres a group change etc. Is it me or it it mostly pet classes that are having these issue?
I love Omen. As a warlock (multi-target dps) I find it far more useful that KTM, but only when it works. I'd love to see Omen fixed.

Hi, just wondering if anyone else is having problems with Omen simply not showing members of the party on the threat list?
I've checked my options and all classes are 'ticked' to be shown and last night for example, it was the main tank who wasn't showing up despite us both being on the most up to date version and same version number.
It's not just me having this problem but was all of our raid group with some of us being able to see some members and not others.

I'm having this same problem with the main tank not showing up. I have all classes checked and have had the same version as the MT multiple times (he updates daily). Not sure what else to try unless it is another mod messing up the data.

Is your main tank a druid or paladin by any chance?
Been using Omen for quite a while. I only encountered a problem just today. I was playing my 39 Undead Warlock and had my Voidwalker tanking things. Well, something is very wrong because if I base my attacks on the threat shown for the Voidwalker, I pull hate every time, and I'm nowhere near 50% let alone 100%. I think the VW's threat is improperly recorded, because at some point his threat shoots to very high numbers for a short amount of time (like 7+ digit numbers).
Please advise how I can correct this myself, or when a fix will be available. Thank you very much.
I'm seeing the exact oposite on my 67 lock. VW's threat is way underreported, and Omen shows that I should have aggro when I'm not even close to actually pulling it from VW. I noticed the threat from torment (rank 6) was being reported around 500, but from my testing, I consistently found it to be 660+. I would put VW on passive, tell him to cast torment once, and stay while I wanded and then used bare fist (1-3 dmg) until I pulled aggro. Hopefully this will be addressed soon.
Aside from the VW threat, everything else looks good so far.
Good same problem, I always do not see that the player of KTM.But y' have more member of the raid which uses Omen sees me, but me I still do not see them.
All is well notched, I does not include/understand. Omen and threat are has days ......

Had EXACTLY the same problem again last night. I mad sure before we started that the entire raid was on the latest version, 51004 in this case. Main tank(Prot Warrior) showed up fine for all of us, the Feral Druid OT was only showing up for certain members.
When you have some encounters that require both tanks to be first and second on aggro, this is making things very difficult.
Would be nice to get a developer update on if this is a known problem and being looked at?
I tank on my druid, and i have had people comment that they can't see my threat when tanking as well, if i log out, disable omen and enable KTM, everyone can see my threat just fine.
I also have noticed that when i select version query, it won't always find everyone using omen(even updated versions), and if i reload my ui, sometimes it will find someone else but looose the person it previously detected.
Also during all that time she saw herself updating on her end, but nobody saw her updating. My guess is that it might just be a glitch with transmitting.
Neither tank saw themself updating. In fact, only one person, on one attempt saw our FR tank properly high on aggro through a full frost phase, but once we switched phases, the NR tank dropped off the threat meter again within a few seconds. We have not yet done Hydross again to see if the problem persists.

when I gain threat.
In this case he was a Druid. A known bug?
Warrior is the main tank.
