First, Omen is awesome and I'm certainly not complaining. :) But honestly, you guys do too many releases everyday. Since our raid started using WoWmatrix to update my addons, we've noticed that there can be an update to Omen as often as every two hours! This makes for trouble sometimes when raiding because some versions will be different than others and create problems. I mean sure, it's great that you guys keep on top of your quality but multiple code pushes everyday? Isn't that a bit too much? It certainly is for us raiders.
You're kind of late in the discussion (multiple threads around these forums)
The short version is:
Development and updates will slow down and go back to pre-2.4 levels once the major re-write of the mod,
prompted by the patch changes is done.
It's not finished yet but it's getting there, so you'll have to be patient while the authors iron out kinks.
Until then if you don't want to be on the bleeding-edge (at risk of missing some important bugfix)
you'll have to put artificial constraints over how often your guild updates.

Just my 2 copper. ;)

I'd rather Omen was updated every 10 minutes if it solved issues, than only have 1 or 2 major pushes per day.

Mod makers update their mods ASAP, people cry
I'm pretty happy with the daily updates. At least I know stuff gets fixed ASAP.
