I wrote a notification for water tomb and vile sludge on Hydross encounter.
Its mostly a copy & paste from Moroes Garrote and Tidewalker Grave, but it surves its purpose ^^
And I put a "ding" sound to the mark warnings as well and used the corresponding icons from debuff for the bars. Tested with deDE and it should work with enUS as well.
There's somewhat of a bug/unintended behavior on Leotheras. More than 1 player gets Insidious Whisper (I believe it's 5), but because of the sync throttle, you only get 1 notification per demon phase.

Would it be possible to add a timer to when Lurker re-emerges? On the usEn Raid forums, there is a sticky from Blizzard stating this timer is about 60 seconds. This could help with making sure the raid knows how much time they have to kill the adds and get into position before Lurker's next surface and spout attack.
This timer would actually be destroyed if lurker emerges early due to killing all the adds.
