I can confirm that sometime after version 2.1.0 r36223, the icons for battleground and world PvP points of interest no longer appear on the map.

had no problems in 2.0.

edit: fixed by reverting to 36223 and deleting Cartographer.lua in savedvariables (reverting only did not help, so I think there is also some screw up in the 2.0 -> 2.1 convertion code).

I am too having the same problem. Really annoying when trying to watch AV points.

indeed, have to resort to using the minibgmap which I usually don't.

Well the latest version seems to be working for the info on the points. But at least in AV it's like i never been there. Fog everwhere but when i went into AB i didn't have this issue. http://www.theschultzs.org/av.jpeg

ab has worked for me the whole time. AV = no POIs, no POIs in world PvP areas either. I haven't had time (work) to try the latest update tho.

back to 36223, works again.

the bug was introduced about 2 weeks ago and the code not changed since then.

I have noticed the AV problem and recently when I enter a world zone with a PvP objective, my battle map will randomly close. Never had that problem before and I am not sure if the two are related or not...

tested build 40813 today.

but setting overlay transparency to 25% (from 100%) results in this:

i've had this problem for a while now, and the wierd thing is my wife doesn't :o i'm going to compare the addons we use and see if i can find the prob.

Well ive seem to found a temporary fix for the av bg not showing, go into your cartographer settings and under look and feel there should be a transparency option, turn that off so it back to default and it should show the map. also i deleted the cartographer.lua file before trying this, so if it dosnt work try to do that.

Please try latest svn version, temp fix this issue.
