All of my problems are solved :) I downloaded the newest versions again and put the .lua files in the skinMe file. Logged in with just the affected addons and everything was perfectly fine. Then I logged out and turned all my addons on and everything was still ok. I don't really know what solved my problem, but I did check show warnings and debugging. If show warnings are the debug messages then I have none. I hope this helps.
Thanks a bunch
Edit: I just tried to resize recount and it bugged out on me and is back to normal :(
Hi,
I just started experimenting with Skinner and so far I really like it. I'm missing only one config option that I probably just overlooked.
I would like to have the selected tab in the color of the frame it belong to and the non selected tabs to be darker (or maybe have the selected frame lighter then the unselected).
The tabs looks fine when using some gradient on the UI, but unfortuantely I don't like that (using a gradient looks good - no question - but it is very distracting for me in the long run).
Maybe there is some option to get the tabs distinguished when having no gradient on?
Greets, recently downloaded Beql, also using LightHeaded and when both of them are skinned (files in the skinme directory), LightHeaded hides behind Beql when it's attached to the quest log, with skinme files disabled, it attaches to the right side of Beql, if you could take a look at both of them and see if there might be something you can do on your side to give them that functionality. Reading on both threads for Skinner and Beql the author of Beql seems to think it might be an issue caused when both get skinned.
Have you tried reloading UI after resizing Recount?
It could just be an issue with the skin being re-applied if Recount handles frames in weird ways.
I relogged at least 10 times. I repeated the steps I took before, also. For some reason it worked for me before and now doesn't. I am thinking about switching to violation and leaving this annoying problem behind.

Hi Lurker,
beql and LightHeaded are working OK for me.
When you say LightHeaded is behind beql is there a handle visible on the Right Hand side that can be clicked to open LightHeaded ?
You can also try /lh detach followed by /lh attach to see if that makes any difference

Hi Lars,
Glad you like Skinner. There currently isn't an option like that.
I originally thought you were talking about the tab at the bottom of the frame :P
I am not getting the same results as you, the Appraiser Frame(s) are fine for me.
I'm not sure what to recommend you do to fix it other than the normal, delete and reinstall & clear saved variables.
I presume there are no errors/warnings appearing ?
Correct, there are no errors related to that frame or Skinner. I'd rather live with it as-is than reset my Skinner saved variables probably, but if I change my mind I'll let you know the result. Note that this is with AuctioneerAdvanced v5.0.2249.

It's kind of difficult to explain unless it's happening to you, LH will actually hide behind the two sided quest log in beql, it's like beql is too wide and it's attaching to the right side of the single sided quest log. You can attach and detach it, no problems there but the little handle on the right side of LH is no longer visible once it attaches to it. As a side note if LH frame is referenced in the player layout-cache.txt file then LH will exhibit that behavior once i removed the reference it seemed to actually attach to the expanded quest log right side and work as normal. Not sure if there's anything you can do once LH has a reference in the layout-cache file, but that seems to be problem. If you wanted to test it out, place a reference in your layout-cache.txt file and you will see how it just goes hiding once you give the attach command. After troubleshooting it for a bit that's what I found.
Does it do that with skinner disabled? I seem to recall the default tabs filling the whole bottom of the social pane now that there's the chat button. Unless kemayo is resizing the tabs. I haven't seen this new ALS feature yet, myself.

Hi HunterZ,
Just rename your Skinner SV file whilst the game isn't running and try it then. You can always copy/rename it back afterwards :)
poke... LibRockConfig got updated today... need a recheck on it's skin.
Skinner-2.1\SkinMe\RockConfig.lua:38: attempt to index field 'titleBar' (a nil value)
Skinner-2.1\SkinMe\RockConfig.lua:10: in function <Interface\AddOns\Skinner\SkinMe\RockConfig.lua:8>

notice the borders on the appraiser frame; compare to the character frame

Kemayo added a tab to the social pane for AuldLangSyne's notes. It really handy and pretty cool, but it does the thing in the pic...
Updated Violation, WIM, LightHeaded & MultiTips skins
r 50334
I think that completes the outstanding requests for fixes to existing skins :)
Feel Free to remind me of any others I have forgotten :P
@ OttoDeFe, I'll look into it :)

Please let me know if it is ok or not
Thanks for all the time and hard work you put into this mod Jncl. It is much appreciated.
Updated AuldLangSyne & VanasKoS skins, as reported by Lewzephyr
Updated Friends Frames Tab handling code, as reported by OttoDeFe
r 50388
I've also posted an update to VanasKoS to the SVN as it wasn't playing nice with the Friends Frame Tabs :)
@ Lewzephyr, You don't seem to have the VanasKoS skin loaded
@ OrionShock, RockConfig is OK for me. What addon are you using that uses it ?
Edit: Change attribution added
Manually added in the changes for the AuldLangSyne notes thingy.
Were lines 213, 215 and 216 of CharacterFrames2.lua supposed to be commented out? It looks like it on FishEye.
I have it set that way and not seeing any difference. I'll try it the other way as well.
**edit***
Made no difference.
