Looks like he changed the name of that button to: SortedEquipmentSetsDropdownButtonDiv
Also, Line 119 and 120. He renamed the Minimize/Maximize buttons to:

Not quite sure what you mean. There is a module setting to skin the Buttons and to add button borders if that's what you want.
