The skinning of the garrison missions panel seems to have gotten worse, not better. Only the tabs are skinned for me now, as opposed to just the Missions Of Interest being unskinned.

What options is supposed to toggle skinning the alternate player power bar. I'm noticing it skin weirdly sometimes in the latest version(s) whenever "main menu bar skin" is checked off, which doesn't seem right at all.
Specifically the one that seems to be causing the most trouble is the "tolls" counter from the darkmoon race. Whenever the main action bar is skinned it gets wonked out and only shows dark numbers with no background.
EDIT: Here's an example with the steam tonk event, which does it too. The timer bar is fine but as you can see the "alt power bar" item below it that is used for the counter is not
Make sure UnitPowerBarAlt counter can be seen (as reported by Alfador), make sure GarrisonBuilding Follower has correct Quality shown

Whenever I toggle "main menu bar skin" or all UI frames off, it shows up fine after a reload, so I'm pretty sure that option plays a part.
