You're getting this because you are using the latest Release version of ARL 1.0, and Skinner is updated to use the Release Candidate (which is listed as a Beta on Curse) for version 2.0.
I posted this to the above mentioned thread / ticket:
New version of Skinner (b3.12340.2), same issue. Adding EITHER EggTimer.lua and/or WoWPro.lua to the SkinMe folder causes Skinner to show that it is an older version in the Mac client. This issue is not present on the PC client.
I have no idea if this is a Curse issue or a Skinner issue so I wanted to post it in both places.
The error message about the 'Set the Chat Edit Box style (Frame, EditBox, Borderless)' is because the localisation entry has a missing end bracket which I have now corrected. It will be fixed in the next release.
@ Namdrof, I saw your other posting, not sure why this is happening, presumably something to do with the client.
I was told a while ago about 'Individual file exceptions' which effect the client. I looked into them but found that there seemed to be any issue with them that I raised, nothing has so far happened about it though.
I will revisit this area and apply the changes for each skin and this will hopefully sort out the issue you are seeing.
I will keep you posted as to when I have done this so you can check to see if it has worked.

There was a post RC2 change that broke the ARL skin..
It's the code at line 13 in your ARL skin:

...In your next release, I would add an if..then check for the devel version for that line.
I'd suggest either add those version checks in the skin if people report stuff about a problem with the skin if they are using an arl alpha...or just make changes to the skin once there's a new arl release.

Also minor bugg in the Prat skin makes the editbox plain white background instead of using my selected texture (making it impossible to see what i type)
And lastly the toast popup is behaving oddly (probably due to the delay in skinning) it pops up "unskinned" (just color no texture making it pure white in my case) for liek a second then it becomes fully skinned.

The latest version of Outfitter is 5.0b8 and the skin is for that version.
The other error will be fixed in the next release, it's a typo in the localisations

Looks strange still thou due to the Prat editbox border color issue (the one you reported) but should be fine once that is resolved.

By the way did a copy/paste from the buggrabber.lua outside of game so it probably looks different had I done it inside game.
