Works for me. Did you forget to copy the skin over to the SkinMe folder?
Yeah. I tried to find the cause.
WIM doesn't get skinned if some (any) of the modules are deleted.
*its fixed for me now*
One more thing though: (I also made a ticket to Overachiever)
Besides that the "Objectives" title and arrow is show, it seem that the Achievement Tracker doesn't get skinned anymore. (It used to at one time, but that was ages ago...)
*This time I checked everything. Nothing is deleted. SkinMe folder includes the skin.

Hi shine2009,
The Achievement Tracker is now called the WatchFrame and can be skinned by using the option on the Skinner config page.

Top bar is "Target"
Middle bar is "Player"
Bottom bar is "Focus"
Only the Player bar is being skinned with the appropriate Skinner skin, the others are default Quartz skins (notice the shadowing around the top & bottom cast bars).
nice :) :)
Okay there's a problem/interfering between TipTac & Skinner.
Here's the ticket I wrote to TipTac (+comments).
Maybe you have a tip/idea/solution:
(
Hi shine2009,
If you set Skinner's Bar Texture to Perl V2 and use the TipTac and XPerl skins then the textures should be as you want them for both XPerl and TipTac
relog and it's gone.
It's gone for tiptap
but it's also gone for everything else. (like the reputation frame - the bars are back to standart)
To fix it you have to go back to settings: set to another texture and change back to Perl V.2.
Hi shine2009,
Do you use/load the SharedMedia addon ? If you select a texture managed by this addon and then subsequently don't load SharedMedia then Skinner will use the default Texture instead.
Version r310 of ORA3 produces an following error on login because the methodology of creating the ready check window was changed significantly. Can someone update the ORA3 skin to handle the new ready check window?
Thanks

Skinning WIM is broken. Doesn't skin the chat window.
Thy for your work.
I don't have any problem with the latest update.
