How does one permanently turn of the channels; Tradeskills, Pet Info and Creature Messages: Yell. They keep turning on when i log out and in again.
And now they turn on if i go from one zone to the next even in a city
it's really annoying. I tried, complete reïnstall, adding a new tab just for those channels, down gradeing and upgradeing i even deleted my WTF folder. Nothing seems to work
I'm not sure why you are having those issues. You should make your chat settings, then exit the game once you have them as you like them.
Prat isn't involved in any of that stuff, its all default Blizzard stuff.
I am seeing a weird issue with mouse scrolling not working. I haven't pinned down when/why it quits but it totally stops responding to the scrollwheel. If I go into blizz options and turn mouse scrolling back on it works again but only as blizz implementation not yours.
Quick question: I've shifted the editbox (Free-floating, locked) to where I want it, which was great until RealID came in. Now whenever I move a RealID conversation into it's own tab the editbox moves to be under that (annoying when I have my chat boxes right at the bottom of the screen with the editbox further up). It only happens when you actually have the RealID conversation selected (as is in focus, not just simply visible), so it's not a *huge* issue, and it doesn't happen with any other tabs, just conversations.
Are there any plans to make the conversation editbox movable too, or is that more awkward than it sounds?

Open a ticket if you like. I don't use realID much so it doesn't get a lot of attention. The problem is that the realid frame is created dynamically, so the editbox positions that were set up don't apply to it.

I made a Party/Raid channel (for obvious reasons). In addition to Party and Raid chat, I allow a few other types of chatter in. But I'm having a couple of problems. First, /tt doesn't work outside of General chat. Is there a way to make it work in other channels? Second, I use the addon Fatality and I have it set to report deaths to "Self" instead of "Raid". How do I a get "Self" text to show up in the Raid channel?

In order to do so, I need to know the prefix of the chat message. For example:
"[HH:mm:ss] [W From] [85:Animor]: "
How can I extract this Prat3 data for my addon? Is there a global API I can use? or perhaps a hook in Prat3 itself?
Unsure if this thread is monitored, but there's a ticket of the issue dating back to May that seems unanswered and i'm still having the issue so maybe someone can help me figure it out.
Trying to copy URLs in Prat seems to fail now. When someone pastes a URL and I try to click it or right click and select copy, the pop up only gives me a fraction of the URL. No amount of reloading the UI or running with just Prat seems to fix this.
For example, if you were to link me some rando youtube video, I would usually get something about: http://www.you
The only way I can workaround it is if I right click the line and select copy to editbox and manually copypasta the entire line and edit out the channel and playername and brackets and stuff to get the URL myself.

Curse PremiumThe simple answer is that they are in the logs directory of your game folder. The less simple answer is that you also have to have logging enabled.

Curse PremiumNo, you can't. Enabling the module and either reloading or restarting WoW simply disables it again.
