With the default blizz chat window, you can right click on a person that whispers you (both RealID and just regular whispers) and you have an option to give that person his/her own whisper tab. Right now prat does it on RealID whispers but not the regular ones. Any chance of this being implemented. It would totally cause me not to have to use WIM anymore, which would be great.

Those of us that play on EU servers need to hold of on updating our addons untill after the 3.3.5 hits for us or we can get a lot of errors due to worng game version.

Thought so but updated a few others and they work fine. Well guess in the end it depends on whether or not they added a new Chat Feature or not too.

Currently using Prat 3.0 version 3.3.19 before posting what I posted yesterday. I had come here first to find if someone had made the request, because the emote button had completely disappeared in 3.3.18 for me, but I had not played the game after updating from 18 to 19. So it was not until after I logged in the game to find that the button had 'returned'.

However I did noticed some folks mentioning they wanted the emote button hidden. Me personally, I like using emotes. Thus why I thought to suggest a check box to hide/show it like you have with the arrow buttons. *smiles*

Would it be possible to have Prat give Real ID whisper names random colors? If so, how about names in Real ID conversations? I keep all my whispers in one window and randomizing name colors would be awesome, but I might just be too lazy to pay attention sometimes. ;)

Two features I miss:
1) Too make the Name of the tabs fully fade. (Like "General and Combat Log)

2) Some kind of "locking" the frame which you type from. (Since from 3.3.5 if you have separate chat windows and you click one of them the "typing bar" appears on the last clicked, which in my case end up outside the screen if I click my lower window)

Have only just installed Prat 3.0, mainly to get rid of the awful buttons Blizz have added.

I have loaded all modules and configured to hide buttons and tabs, however, the Combat Log frame still shows extra space where the menu used to be (the one where you select to show stuff relating to yourself, everything etc). Can this be got rid of? I only want to see information relating to myself in that window anyway.

One other question that bothers me, I have the general chat window on the left and combat on the right. Can I config the general chat to only display guild, friend messages and whispers to me?

Will the content of either chat window change to reflect the fact that I'm in a party or raid situation?

Other than that, great addon, always wanted one that would allow resizing in any direction, and a big plus....a font size of your choice.....not just a minimum of 12.

I am not sure but I think this is selectable from the World of Warcraft interface settings, not addon settings. I remember seeing an option there where you can select this behavior or not in a drop down box. I am at work right now so I can not login to Wow and double check. But I remember seeing the option somewhere on the right side in the settings. Maybe under "Social" settings.
