I had a taint.log of almost 1meg just with the same error, I dont know if this is only Prat related or coming from all that nasty patch, as I never had a problem before with Prat.
Its not a Prat problem really. Prat is just running the chat filters - the problem is more that something is trying to execute secure code. Thats my guess.
I tested the 2 column layout today and notised a bit of odd behaviour together with minichat.
whenever i minimize or restore the chat windows ot looks like the texts is scrambeling about in the window. (hard to explain, think it has to be seen to realy explain it)
oo please tell me how to activate the 2 column chat pls? I haven't a clue and it doesn't say anywhere how to.
Edit: Ah nvm, i thought it was to seperate different chats, not just the timestamps which i dont even use XD
well ive made a new tab, put it next to the main chat. But it's not doing anything. Hasn't snapped into the column chat position. What am i doing wrong?

Have you enabled the channels you want to show separately?
(might not give colums exactly the way ur thinking thou)
ye i've put the general, trade etc channels to the first tab. and party guild, raid etc on the other tab.

The pic is 2 screenshots cut together to one (left is without 2colums, right is with 2colums).
To get something that looks kinda like the complete pic, just make to chattabs, pull em apart and place them side to side (and adjust the sizes a bit) tyhen sort what channel shows in what tab.
ah i see, it just makes an inline dent when u type. Thought it did something else. i.e: make 2 columns of chat so that you could have normal msgs on the left column and party etc on the right column. If you understand what i mean.

Thats a known issue a few weeks ago, make sure all your addons are updated and it should be sorted.
*(think it was related to some proff addons, u could basicly only open links of proffs u had urself)

Since it listst all 3 ill post in all 3 places cos i have no clue about the real culprit here.
For some reason, when a guildie links items in a private chat chan, Prat's ChatLinks (or whatever it's called now) module doesn't seem to parse it into an item link. I'm pretty sure he's using Chatter as his chat addon, so it may be a compatibility issue between Prat and Chatter with respect to how they handle item links in private chat channels.

As soon as I enable the data to be collected then my Taint.log have the same error again and again and suddenly my computer start to freeze.
If i stop collecting data, then all a sudden is again perfect.
Never had this problem until 2 days, and I have always use Prat and Recount. So now I am :confused:

Curse PremiumChatframe and Editbox are on left botton screen and my actions bars are in the middle (BT4).
The only thing that could be considered as overlaped would be my editbox that is may be covering half part the chat tabs.
I tested again this morning, and each time I play with recount its back again ???
I suppressed totally the Blizz combatlog chat, could it be that ?

For that u just need to make a new tab and drag it loose, then place it next to the old one.
