Not much to do about that i think unf.

Comes and goes on most servers, usually on A-N eu its either Dirge or Don santos.
Blocking those can be tricky since its usually a load of players posting a few times each (not enough to trigger filters / tell apart from selling for each individual player) but when 20-50 ppl do it its devestating.

I usually just put the inicters/common followers on ignore the old fachioned way.

You could always try Unlinked by Phanx (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=8115) which does this. Used in conunction with BadBoy you get rid of gold spammers and a certain type of idiot from your chat channels.
