Maybe I should mention that it had been working fine for a friend of mine. But yesterday,
after relogging from an alt he encountered the same problem (still has it today, like me).
Update: Noticed that we can toggle personal DPS graphs (ctrl click on bar) but none of the raid
d(t)ps/h(t)ps/bandwith/fps/latency/... (so basically all of the windows with the buttons in the
menu can't be toggled). But still, my dps realtime graph is broken, his is working.
Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to report a problem with Recount, but I didn't want to start a new thread for this.
I use Recount without show scrollbar enabled on the left side of my screen. If I click on the right side of the window (red area in the picture) it functions like the scrollbar.
The problem I have is that there's a trinket menu on the right side of the recount window and I can't click on it because recount scrolls down. This happens only if I hide the scrollbar, and I'd like to hide it cause I'm using my middle mouse button to scroll. Is it possible to be fixed?
Hmm, I encountered a strange behavior.
"Merge Pets w/ Owners" was on by default, so I don't know how it was possible that totems appeared in the DPS list. Anyway I unchecked then checked it. This fixed the problem.
Death log doesn't seem to work at all. No players visible (though I was seeing a succubus).
Graph mode doesn't work. When I try to examine our raid dps and enable all players with the option "stack", I only see myself and no other player.
Switching to DPS overview gives me following errors, (with about 10 errors/second):

The latter also seems to fire some other times (cannot specify when though now).
Sometimes I'm seeing data from other players which seem to represent their overall damage done, despite having enabled current fight only AND having deleted my data since (this is like, 1 million damage done for player A, 700k for player B, others only ~200k).
Maybe related to different localizations (both enGB and deDE in raid).
The menu to choose which data to display (damage done, dps, etc) sometimes vanishes after an undetermined short time.
I can confirm the issues with the live DPS, DTPS, etc graphs. I can enable them once, but after I've disabled them again, I cannot enable them again. However, doing a /reloadui, I'm having all the windows visible on my screen.
Maybe this was fixed already in the new version (67044?), but I couldn't test it as I'm currently raiding, and I thought I'd let you know anyways.

I should've mention what I was doing for the below error. I was hanging around Shat moving in and out of the bank with the live bandwidth and network load windows open. Right now, I'm having a weird thing where all those live windows are open when I relog, very odd. They remember their positions even, lol.

I find a bug that had two symptons, one being more data accumulated than needed in crowded places and the other causing some nil errors which I committed safeguards against.
Current version should have most of the bugs fixed that I know off right now, except the scrollbar issue. If anyone knows how to disable mouse-clicks to the scrollbar area without disabling mousewheel scrolling let me know.
Realtime windows should again function as intended.
Hey, i found that profile loading/saving interface, but for some reason it doesnt seem to do anything. I dont think its your mod necessarily as omen2 is having the same issue (at least for me) of the profiles doing nothing when changed.
For example i go into the profiles menu go to the copy from section, select the char i want to copy from but i see no change in the window. but since theres no actual button that says "load" im assuming that just selecting it from the list is what should trigger the load. any insight?
I installed Recount for the first time a couple days ago, and here goes what I have to say:
- Couldn't find any "current fight damage" information... I noticed there was some comments about previous fights missing, so I assume that feature should be there;
- Couldn't browse deaths the way I hoped... only my totems and other pets appeared there, but I'll check if I missed some configuration to get this;
- Speaking of pets, I couldn't find a toggle to prevent them for not showing on data like... deaths :]
- It seems that you are using your own colors for classes... I'm using ReTeal because the "new" colors for shamans/mages are gay, but it has no effect on Recount... any chance to have that ?
Keep it mind I'm new to Recount, so I probably just didn't find the right information for this or that ;]
I'm having one of the same problems as sp00n above - the death counter doesn't seem to work at all (very rarely does anything appear in it, and if it does it's usually a pet).
There are some more of the tabs that don't work as well - decursing, cc-breaking etc.
Another issue I'm having is that recount sometimes seems to stop working after a zone change. For example on my alt I was questing in tanaris with the tab on DPS, current fight; when I zoned to ferelas it stopped updating until I reset the data again.
@all: The current combat log is bugged and doesn't send death messages for player unit. Blizz knows and has said it'll be fixed by 2.4.2. Nothing much Recount can do about that.
@ark: I'm using Blizz FauxScrollFrameTemplate but can't for the live of me figure out what the frame is that takes clicks for the knob on the right side. That's the info I'm missing.

@British: There is a Text-page icon at the top of the main window. Left click that to get a menu to select fights to display. If you haven't fought anything it'll just contain overall and current, if you fight it'll add Fight 1->5 as you go along.
@sid: Totems do trigger UNIT_DIED, but will not show as separate entities in the death log if you merge then.
@dragon12: Just tested CC-breaking with a mage and sheeping and it worked as intended. Any particular CC breaking you are not seeing?
I'm having an issue where the Recount window is smaller than usual as of any recent updates. I'll log onto one of my characters and the window will display as normal, yet log onto another to find the window much narrower. I've deleted my config files in the WTF folder, deleted the older Recount, and re-installed the latest one again.
