Was wondering if you can make your own dps sticky in recount. Make it show either at the bottom of the visible window or at the top. I have recount show top 10, but if you're at say 15th place, it be nice to show it in the top 10.
What I think might be uber cool for Recount to do... something along the lines of double clicking the title bar to "collapse" the window to just said title bar. Something that would save the size/positioning of both the full window and the "just title bar." Or have a bar widget that did it.
Resto druid treants aren't tracking anymore if you have pets grouped with players. Pally's guardian still tracks so seems like it's just a treant problem. They do update correctly if you separate pets.
FWIW, regarding the file size issue I raised... I stopped it collecting time data for everything except for myself. File sizes went from ~48MB to ~32MB. My data is retained lunch to launch.
Update (7/10): Let me down... file was 29MB, wiped on launch of the game. And this was ONLY the first 3 bosses in ToT.
I know this is inconsequential, but it looks like Recounts math isn't always correct. Was fishing, some mob aggroed, I did 237k damage over 4.74 seconds. 29k DPS??? Yes I was long out of combat (flew to the place). Later, I did 527 damage over 8.52 secs (single mob), math and Recount agreed, around 62k DPS.
On my BM Hunter, when the option to merge pets w/owner is enabled the details of pet attacks are not visible anywhere. Otherwise if disabled, with pets, stampede, dire beast, trinkets, etc there are way too many individual pet lines. Could you add a line "Pet Attacks for when merge option is on to display the pet's attack/spell details.

Was wondering if there is any way to change the sort order of the lists in recount from descending to ascending? I've had a look in the options and unless I'm missing something it's just not there. Also tried searching these forums but nothing came up.
This is most useful for tracking things like "Damage Taken" or "Activity" if you just want to report say the best few rather than a whole 25 man raid.
Got this error while killing Shado-Pan Trainees during the Vale dailies.

"Script ran too long" errors happen when your computer is too slow to keep up with the work an addon is asking it to do. In some cases, there may be optimizations that could be made in the addon to reduce the amount of CPU time it consumes, but not always.
Your specific error comes from LibGraph-2.0, a library which is pretty old and not actively maintained, so it's unlikely anyone is going to rewrite it for any possible optimizations. You can either ignore the errors if you're not too frequent, or just avoid keeping real-time graph windows open while you're in combat.
Is there any way to decrease the resource usage of this addon? I finally, after a log time, uninstalled Recount because it is a resource hog. Now I use Skada because there are not really any good meters out there. I am used to using Recount, but not at the expense of having my game lag out from it. I know my computer is not the issue, as I run many other addons and only got those issues when I have Recount running.
There are numerous settings that help you control aspects of resource collection. For example you can reduce the number of historical battles collected. Some modules can also be deactivated by deleting them from the TrackerModules directory. Also make sure to only collect boss segments and delete data before every raid run. Do not have time-based data collection on unless you want to get very high detail on a specific aspect. It's best to have that off in normal use because it will collect a lot of data.
Greetings. This past week the some of the settings for my Recount window reset.
the window is in the corner I placed it.
It still only shows top 10.
However, the Bar height slider on all my characters has reset to 14. When I move it back to 20, instead of showing, 15, 16, 17....20 as I move it, I get 15.65468946, 16. 6816816. It's kinda annoying and seems to need far finer control to get to settle on any setting level.
I have never had logout problems with Wow and have played since vanilla but since 5.4 it was taking up to 40-50 seconds to exit WoW and after disabling all addons and loading one at a time it turned out to be Recount. Any ideas why that would happen?

Was working correctly yesterday.

Try clearing your saved fights before exiting.
