The only complaint I have on Recount (Skada who?) is when I enter a BG or heroic and it asks me if I want to clear the record after I've just done it. Having no idea what it would take, I would request it be "fixed."
I havent a clue if any one has ever addressed the 'issue' of recount not including DK mastery blood shield into healing done and absorbs. I did a 2 minute 40 second battle on Murozod in end time and recount only show's me taking 300k damage i self healed of the 300k for 110k and over healed by 660k. i was 3rd on the list for damage taken and I'm the tank....
I love recount cant stand skata or w/e its called but I'd like to know how much more OP my dk is compared to other classes xD. and on a side note I believe no recount type addon even adds in DK mastery as healing done/absorb
On a more abstract level I think everything that is indeed unique to a boss fight and helps identify it can in some sense be called a boss. The reason why i started the lib was because it wasn't possible to detect if a boss was present or not anymore from the skull level of the boss, and as best I know there are already mobs in there where one can argue if they are adds or the boss-boss. To me this is a gray area issue where I'd side on the end of pragmatism. As long as the IDs we add are indeed unique to the boss fight and don't occur in other situations I really don't see any substantial problem with adding the ID.
Doesn't mean that we need to add all adds of all boss fights. Just IDs that are most likely to ID a fight to make it even possible.
Or I don't know of any actual addon that would be getting into trouble by pursuing this direction, so I'm not convinved there is a real issue here.
I'd just add the ID. That's what we have done so far. It's more psychology than anything that we don't think of tendons as "bosses".
But these tendons are the key part of the fight and are the "boss" to beat.
The BossUnitFrames exist for "important" adds and the boss itself, so i think it is possible to relabel the fightname in recount and detect it as bossfight without argueing wether the adds can be considered a boss or not.
Perhaps the right thing to do is to ditch LibBossIDs for bossframe detection anyway. It will perhaps fail on some instance bosses, but I'm not sure anyone really cares. Sadly I don't have time in the near future, so it'll have to live on the wishlist. But it would surely spare us the maintenance effort for LibBossIDs.
Also on old instances these frames don't exist. I'd rather say :
If encounter has bossunitframes and list of bossunitframes contains unitid from libbossids, then rename encounter to unitname(libbossid).
I have no problem to commit a couple of numbers each contentpatch. Don't worry about that.
Getting LUA Error when clicking the trumpet button (on mouse button up) to broadcast the numbers to chat. Thanks for being awesome!

So I click the link for MoP and get the regular recount files. Am I supposed to download the alpha for 4.3.4 or am I supposed to be taken to a different page with totally different files?
Thanks for your time and effort of a great add on.
NVM used the link in the forums and got it. sorry
