sry if this question has been asnwered already but couldnt find it in the last 8-9 pages
@angin: Make sure the Time Data collection filters are turned on for combatants you want to see . By default it's off for everybody but yourself because it's a massive memory hog.
@xanth: No real clue, works fine for me. Can you delete your wtf/*/Recount.lua files and check if the problem persist. Also maybe there is a clickable but invisible frame of another addon on top of where you want to click recount.
Boss segment only flag only dictates what stats are retained within fight segments, it does not affect data collection at all.
Basically it records current fights as before, at the end of a fight it checks if a Boss was part of the fight. If yes it gets copied to "Fight 1" and the rest is moved down the history, if no nothing is copied, and that fight segment is not stored. But overall data still contains everything. This only affects fight segments that you'll find under "Fight X" in the fight segment list.
Graphs: I still am unable to get any graphing to work at all for some time now. I've updated the latest version of recount as well as GraphLib and LibGraph 2.0. Nothing, no dice. Window appears, no graphs to be shown. What am i doing wrong/
Is it possible to implement a feature similar to CraftyGnome/CraftList2 etc to allow people to whisper you commands to get damage/healing etc reported to them? For example /w [random guy with Recount installed] !request Recount DamageDone or !request Recount HealingDone, something like that.
The whole reporting code could use just a little bit of love actually. For example it'd be neat if one could report using the commandline without having to go through the destination window, as someone requested earlier.
I'll check into it. Maybe the external report whisper thing could be an external module though.
Thanks, good to know. Well with that bean spilled: I know for a good while now (basically since shortly after 2.4) that resurrection isn't reported in the combat log. So far noone has reported it as bug which basically means that almost noone ever watches the resurrection stat :P. Glad to know that there seems to be a new event for this come WotLK, meaning it should be easiy to get that stat back to functional.
Can you try collect the combat log line for this and PM it to me so I can prepare the code? Use /combatlog to enable its storage into the logs/ folder. Thanks!
