also, i'm totally reworking some internal stuff to account for the availability of tradeskill links. the whole premise of scanning the tradeskills and storing recipe data is kind of pointless now. i've added "All Data" as a selection from the Alt selector list. that will let you browse the ENTIRE set of trade skills.
there are some bugs here and there that might kill the thing. they're generally quirky cases that i just need to address -- like how do the tradeskill buttons work when you've clicked on a tradeskill link in the chat frame? answer - they don't.
also, there's a problem when you first fire up on a new toon (or after you've cleared the saved variable file). if it crashes, just try clicking on whatever skill you clicked on one more time, then reload the ui. something is not being set up properly and i'm having a hard time finding it.
might not be a bad idea to remove the savedvariables file, but i don't think it's totally necessary.
With the latest build, I'm getting stack overflow errors (I'll post one below). Also I can't seem to get it not show every craft count possible, even if I uncheck the option and reload the UI.

and then it works, yeah? not sure why, but something is not initializing properly. i'm planning some more major reworking, so i didn't bother chasing down the issue till i start back in with the sledgehammer.
It won't even open the window now. :( *goes into Skillet withdrawl, shaking and shivering* ;)
yeah, there's a problem with things not init'ing quite right. it should solve itself after the first attempt on a new sv file. basically, it's expecting some data to be there before it gets initialized, but once it's run thru once it seems to create that data so the next time should work.
i would fix the problem but the fact is there's a lot of stuff i'm totally redoing (like most of the data gathering since the 3.0 api makes most of that kind of pointless).
so try this:
fresh install of the latest patch
clean sv
run wow
frown at skillet errors
reload
smile at functioning skillet... hopefully

yeah, thats what it throws up when you log in with the new version. After you log in once, it wont work; but then you reload and its perfect. But i just thought that it might be worth posting what the error was anyway, just so you can see :)
I tried updating your branch this morning and ran into a problem with the externals. It seems the libs all link to the developer urls (svn+ssh://) instead of the public ones. Please fix. :D
As for Skillet itself, yay, it works with ARL again! Thank you!

aight, i need to update the .toc to use the new externals system.
Ran into this error a hort while ago while making Heavy Knothide LEather from Knothide Leather.

Basically I started making leather and about half way through the crafting stopped and gave the first error. When I tried to restart again by exiting out and re-opening Skillet, I got the second.
After every item I make, I get an error in my chatlog:
WARNING: inventory scan took 0.11 seconds to complete.
WARNING: inventory scan took 0.18 seconds to complete.
WARNING: inventory scan took 0.1 seconds to complete.
WARNING: inventory scan took 0.08 seconds to complete.
What the heck?
EDIT: Okay so I decided to disable all my addons, but Skillet, just incase it wasn't Skillet. Well it is, and the warning pops up when I move items from bank to bag.
It's debug information for troubleshooting problems. This is a good example of why lilsparky should have his own project page for his branch of Skillet and not just a clone repository. This would allow for beta commits when things appear stable and help to avoid confusion over which revision to download while lilsparky continues testing on the dev branch.
Anyway to add filters to sort inscriptions by type, meaning seperating minors from majors? Even a color diffrence or a side marker or something so it is easier to find minors without tooltip scanning over every recipe in my list to find them.
It is a pain in the ass currently to not be able to sort out the minors from the majors.

yeah, sorry. that's some debug spam i threw in to see what was causing pauses that people were complaining about.

should play much nicer with arl.

did you try deleting your saved variables file?
it looks like a recipe group got parented to itself somehow.
After deleting the sv file and reinstalling a fresh copy of rev.152 with libs, I get the following error on game load:
