You'll have to provide more info. I just created the Target standard bar group, went to a dummy in Orgrimmar, hit it with Hamstring, and the bar came up just as expected. I also created a Debuff Tracker bar group, hit two target dummies with Hamstring, and got the Hamstring bars for both. Have you verified you don't have a whitelist or blacklist set up for your target debuff bar group?
Sorry if this has been asked before, is it possible to have an expiring Cooldown flash it's icon other than on the timeline? I want to have the icon flash when it has 2 seconds left on CD just above my character while the timeline stays under my character where I want it. Just didn't know if this had that feature or not as i could not find it. Thanks.

If you are willing to explore the use of custom bar groups along with conditions and notifications then a variety of flashing options are available. At a minimum, creating a custom bar group and adding the cooldown to it opens up customization options for each bar (flashing at start or expiration, sounds, etc.). Unfortunately there is an admittedly high learning curve for these features and I am about to run out the door and don't have time to fully describe this now. You might try creating a separate custom bar group just for flashing expiring icons, for example, and disable flashing on the timeline itself.
Hi just wondering can Raven (or Bartender 4), be used for the spell bar?
Bartender4 and Dominos are the two most popular action bar addons, which is what I think you are asking about. You might also consider ElvUI, which is a full UI replacement and includes action bar support. Raven can show if spells are active or on cooldown but doesn't provide the ability to keybind or click to cast them.
I have two bar groups, one for buffs and one for debuffs. The debuffs bar group is attached to my buff bar group with a 10px vertical offset and is set as "show as last bar". This works fine most of the time but sometimes the bars begin to overlap each other. Any ideas what might cause this and how I can fix it?

Looks like the debuff bar group is set to grow up, which makes it overlap the buffs bar group when it has multiple debuff bars showing. Change its direction on the Layout tab so that it grows down. A good way to test this is with test bars which you can also toggle on the Layout tab.

Thanks Tomber! Now I feel like an idiot, but am glad you aren't! :) Unchecking the "Direction" box was right on, no idea why I didn't think of that.
Hello,
I'm trying to track some buffs on my current target, but only Ice Block seems to work.
Can somebody help me? Maybe I have configured something wrong.

Looks like you want to change Cast By setting to either Target (if you only want to see buffs the target casts on itself) or Anyone (if you don't care who cast the buff).

Oh, thank you, I will test that, but I think you are right.
Is there a way to add your own sound files or use the in-game sound files like "beware" and "run away" from dbm?
Would it be possible to allow multiple selections in the "cast by" sections? I want to be able to track spells by player and by target. (for my debuffs and mages ice block debuff for example)
what do you think about adding a anti-spam/merging feature for AoE spells? I don't really need to see my hurricane debuff on 20+ mobs (i.e 20 bars in my face). So merging certain spells down to one bar would be cool

Raven can use any sound registered with SharedMedia. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like DBM registers its sound files.
Raven makes it easy to merge a couple bar groups with different "cast by" settings. This allows you to do the equivalent to having multiple selections in "cast by" plus specify different filtering for each. Check out the merge option on the bar group's General tab.

This has been suggested before and I occasionally think about how to implement it but so far I haven't come up with a satisfactory implementation strategy.
Is there a way to make a debuff group that shows debuffs on a target, BUT will only show 1 of each debuff? So for example, if there's 3 rogues in a group, it'll only show deadly poison once?

hello guys, I have a problem. How do with raven, has trace my poisons when you do not have them, and when they are about to expire (like 5 minutes from the end.) Mean with the icon in the middle of the screen when I have not, and with the icon that flashes when 5 minutes are left at the end?
I hope I explained well. I think we can also do with power auras classic, but rather, do it with raven
I hope someone knowledgeable can help me thanks or give me advice on how I could do .... (I'm a rogue, for those who do not l had understood)

I know it's not the best answer and I was coming here to se if there was a better way but what I did was take the sound file I wanted and renamed it to + removed the original raven file. Thus when rude interruption buff procs from an interrupt on my war instead of the "coocoo" from the normal raven sounds it now plays "cccccombo breaker" but the combo breaker file is saved as "coocoo" in the raven sound files folder.
Was hoping there was another way to do it but many of the sounds I traditionally used with power auras are not registered with sharedmedia :(
Not a super important feature but would be nice to be able to import .mp3 files to the sound folder and be able to use them!
Edit: I'm an idiot... some googleing later I can add all those sounds to shared media myself... WOOT!
I've set up auto buffs/debuffs trackers for Focus and Target of Target frames (I create separate racks each for Friend-Buffs, Friend-Debuffs, Enemy-Buffs, and Enemy Debuffs), and set it to only show those that I have cast. I've tried 'All Cast By Player', or 'Cast By: Player' and 'Filter by Type: Castable', but no matter what settings I use, it always shows everyone's auras on these units.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again for your work!
