Is there any way I can track the "Summon Jade Serpent Statue" Buff cast by someone else in the group?
The "Summon Jade Serpent Statue" buff is only visible to the player casting the statue. I know I can achieve this by making my target my focus. I Was wondering if I could track it without making it my focus (perhaps by tracking it with the target's name or someting)
Reason I dont want to make my target my focus, is because sometimes you need to focus someone else for a fight.

On the Spells tab, under Effect Timers Triggered By Spell Casts, click on New Spell Effect and enter 115313 as the spell id, set duration to 900, enable Renew, enable Label, enable Buff, enable Cast By>Anyone. This will show you a 15-min buff when the jade serpent statue is summoned, however the buff won't go away when you move out of the statue's range so maybe you only want to set duration to 30 seconds or so?
I have tested this approach on my mistweaver monk but didn't get to verify if it works when cast by someone else (should work, though, so let me know).
Does anyone else have trouble with internal cooldowns? After I redownloaded Raven for MoP, did a profile reset, and enabled the cooldown bar, I got regular cooldowns but not internal ones. I checked the spells tab and they look enabled there, and I checked the bar group->cooldowns tab and they seem enabled there too, so I was wondering if I'm doing some other obvious thing wrong.

Are you referring to new internal cooldowns for MoP trinkets? If so, I have not yet added them into Raven's preset tables so they currently need to be manually added on the Spells tab. It is possible that there is a general problem with internal cooldowns that I'm unaware of, too. Please provide me a specific example spell name and, if possible, I will test it right away. Thanks!

Uh, yeah, I guess that is the obvious thing I did wrong. Internal cooldowns were enabled in general but the ones I specifically used weren't there.
Killing Machine procs. Left icon is a custom bar, right icon is an autobar with autobuffs and KM whitelisted. Ability glow showing the same more or less. http://imgur.com/4PPvk
Killing Machine used. Ability glow gone, autobar gone, custom bar remains (doesn't disappear when icon shows it expires) http://imgur.com/zN6wR
Similar custom bar setups for raid cooldowns etc., and all have the same behaviour.

Thanks for testing the pre-release and reporting this and, especially, including the images. It looks like I am missing one test in the custom bar ghost code. I will have a new build up later today. Update: ghost bars for custom bar groups should be working now in build r270.
This is probably a dumb question but I turned off the spell notifications in blizz ui floating combat text, however they still pop up and Ive never had this issue before. Since I have come back in MoP the only new addon is raven, does raven display spell notifications, if so is there a way to turn them off?

Raven does not do anything to settings for blizzard's floating combat text. Raven can optionally display expiring spell alerts to combat text but this is not the default and I would think you would remember setting it up (look on bar group's General tab near bottom of Special Effects section for the setting "Combat Text").
The quick way to test these sorts of questions is to disable Raven prior to logging in and see if the combat text goes away. If it does, then disable all addons except Raven then log in again and see if the combat text is there.
I have my target bars only show debuffs on target that I cast. Is it possible to get it to show certain spells cast by others but not all. E.g. Show if someone else has put Weakened Armor debuff on it, but without enabling 'Cast by Anyone' option to show all?
or will I have to enable 'Cast by Anyone' then manually add spells to the black list?

You should be able to get what you want using merged bar groups. Create a second bar group with all debuffs on target cast by anyone then add a white list with just the ones you want to see. Then on the General tab for the new bar group use the merge bar group option to combine it into the original debuffs bar group. Note that you can select a "mine first" option in the sort order settings on the general tab of the original bar group to make sure your own debuffs are sorted closest to the anchor. There are also various options for border and bar colors that could let you distinguish ones that you cast, if you so desire.
I use raven to track my cd's and dots , and love it - there is one thing i'm having trouble figuring out how to do. i would like the bar, and icon, to show in the bar group even when it's empty. So, say if shadow word: pain was missing on my target, the bar (outline/background) and icon would still be there in place. Keeping the bars always present, and in the same order, lets me get a target's status at a glance. Could you please give me instructions how to do this? Thanks for the great addon!

The preferred approach is to create a custom bar group and then add custom bars for each debuff you want to track. Make sure to specify that the Action On is target and Cast By is player, if you only want to see the debuffs you cast on the target. For each custom bar, enable Show Not Active and set Show Time to 0 (which specifies that it should show indefinitely). Also, under Special Effects for each custom bar, you can set Normal Opacity and Ready Opacity differently to provide a visual cue. You can specify a custom sort order for the bar group on the General tab and then, for each bar, set the exact order using the Move Up and Move Down buttons. You might also want to go to the Show When section of the bar group General tab and make it so the bars are only shown when you are in combat and in the correct specialization.

Thank you so much for your great instructions. I have the bar group set up exactly how i like it now, and it works perfectly! Many thanks!
I'm not seeing anything like Other Spells in the custom bar groups. Are there written instructions on how to do this somewhere?

seems r268 broke something with custom bars so they "ghost" all the time. Reverting to r267 fixes it. BETA BETA BETA :)
Very similar to http://forums.curseforge.com/showpost.php?p=318613&postcount=403.
Some explanatory images with my DK.

Not at this point. Sorry to take so long to get back to you, I was trying some experiments to see if some combination of merged bar groups would work.

EDIT - If I filter hamstring in whitelist, it shows... any ideas?
