Any possibility of getting aggro to stay on the meter while Mirror Images are active? Maybe just faded or greyed out?
Otherwise when they run out and the bar reappears miles ahead of the tank I get smashed :S
Also the possibility to always show yourself on the meter, say you only have 5 bars showing but you are 10th on DPS/Threat, could show you at the bottom instead of the 5th bar, numbered with ur current rank?
Is it possible to read out the number of current bars oder the current height of the window or the height of the background or the name of the background frame?
Very sorry if my question has already been asked, but I'm having issues with bar colors in the Thread mode: while in damage done mode I can set the bars color as I want and have the text on it written in the class color, in threat mode I can do whatever I want, the bars stay class color, and the name white.
Is it a know bug or is something screwed up with my mod?
Having the same issue, would be nice to have all bars obey the formatting options.
Is there a way to do a simple report to a window that the text can be copied from? A nice quick way of keeping reports without needing to keep everything and use a combat log parser.
Anyone else having issues with Skada only wanting to keep segments from heroic boss fights and not raids? I'll go through an entire ToC run and go to look at damage, and only have segments from the daily heroic saved.
Would it be possible for Skada to retain the final threat values for everyone at the end of a fight so it's easier to see the total threat for everyone during a fight? Currently after the fight is over all the values are removed.
There seems to be some problem with death tracking and this addon. Sometimes I just get SoAndSo Dies. without any information about the events leading up to their demise.
Is there a way for Skada to either differentiate between the physical and shadow damage portions of Scourge Strike or to combine them into a single strike?
Currently, Skada registers the physical and shadow damage Scourge Strikes as two "Scourge Strike"s, as a result rather than giving you useful average damage information, it gives you an average of the two halves. If I used ScS and it physically hit for 1000 and did 1500 shadow damage, Skada would tell me that I used ScS twice and the min damage is 1000, max damage is 1500, and average damage is 1250 which is incorrect.

In those cases, you need to swap the Skada data for "current fight" or the specific fight in question. If it's set to nothing (default) or total, it doesn't show details.

That'd be an iffy can of worms to open, because Skada does nothing wrong here.
The combat log does state you hit the target twice with an effect called "Scourge Strike", once for physical and once for shadow damage. All Skada does is take that data and process it like any other damage data from the combat log.
I suspect from an author-POV the issue is: Do you want to have special code for "some" abilities. Notice "some" is a very mushy word, it won't be long before people ask for DoTs to be summed into over-entire-DoT-damage and such perks.
At which points I suspect it'd be more useful to write a module for the more heavyweight Recount than for the more slimmed down Skada. Although Skada is just as modular if I understood the description, so someone could write a "Combined Damage Effects" module for it?

Scourge Strike is unique, though, in this area of being a single attack that is split into two. The DoT damage argument as a lump-sum is fairly meaningless overall and you'd get that information from "Corruption". You'd also have a fairly accurate "Average" tick damage as well as having an accurate Crit value.
You're not really getting that for ScS. With ScS, you're getting half your crit value (since only the Physical damage portion can crit) while getting an absolutely useless "Average" value since it places your Average at a point between your Physical and Shadow damage portions rather than what your average ScS actually is (nor would it help you determine your average Physical or average Shadow portions so really, it's an average at an imaginary point that you will never actually attain). It also gives a fairly useless minimal and maximum damage values since your shadow portion will never be considered for minimal hit and your physical portion will never be considered for maximum hit.
Its not. Vipers and elementals still showw up on damagemeter under damage and dps.

I was wondering if there's a way to remove numbers showing the position on any meter.

This was a single Scourge Strike. As you can see, Skada registers it as two uses of ScS instead.

At the present time.
