Is it somehow possible to disable the border on the buff icons? I quite like the square icons as they appear when the border is transparent or disabled?
I was wondering... why does the buffbar remove the tracking icon at the minimap and have it in the buff list??
I've searched everywhere for it... all I can manage is to hide it on the buffbar... but that doesn't solve my problem regarding wanting the icon to be back at my minimap
this is only a problem with the newest version (using wau) but reversing to 1.3 my tracking icon is there.. but 1.3 can't show the timers on the buffs/debuffs you have
so as much as I'd like to use the newest one I'll remain on 1.3 in order to actually have the icon displayed at the minimap
and I haven't been arsed to read the last few pages (newest) to see if this has been adressed already, sry....
Am I the only one who's getting Blizzard's buff frame still while using EBB? I'm using the latest version, updated via WAU.
Update: this is a real oddity. All my characters use the same EBB profile, but only two of them still show the Blizzard buff frame. On both of these characters, using BasicBuffHidefails to hide the Blizzard buff frame. The only way to get it to go away is to do /ebb standby once to suspend EBB, then again to make it active.

EBB can show tracking as a normal buff so there is no need for the tracking icon on the minimap. Thus an option to hide it was added which is on by default. If you want the icon on the minimap, simply disable hiding of the icon via the config menu.
@tzirean: as Seerah pointed out there are some mods that are known to mess up wrt Blizzard's buff frames, mainly because they can't know if they have been hidden by some other mod. This isn't EBBs fault. So check wether these two chars where it doesn't work have an addon in use the others don't.
In the German client, EBB no longer shows the time of a buff or debuff correctly. It will only show %d s, something like that. Can provide a screenshot.
This only happens in the German client, in the US client I run as well it works just fine.
having a small issue, i tried to add a group, for my target's debuffs, set the color to red (works fine with blessing of demonstration showing as red)
But, once i try it on a mob, and it gets a debuff, it's blue instead of red, what did i do wrong ?
Kyron, you applied a magic debuff, didn't you? since then the bar (not the background) would be colored blue for magic. But you can disable debuff type coloring in the options.
Astika, if MoS is shown by Blizzard it should show in EBB, too. If not it wont, since it only displays thode als Blizzard displays since they use the same API calls. But I'm currently looking into adding an API for other addons to feed additional bars into EBB.

I'll log in and see if Blizzard posts it up as a buff, or anything at all. I edit this post to let you know.
edit: Nothing at all, only change that I can see is Character Sheet tooltip for Melee Damage. :(

I think it is hiding MinimapTracking even without that option checked. I had EBBs set to not hide the tracking button before (because I used Fizzwidget Track Menu), so that option was not checked when 2.3 went live. But when I logged in, the button was hidden. I double checked my options, and I believe that toggling the option had no effect, though I admit I don't recall 100%.
Anyway, I found last night that right-clicking the bar in EBB that shows what is being tracked pulls up the new tracking menu anyway, so I'm happy. ;)

Unfortunately, they added a minimap tracking button that mimics addons like Fizwidget's track menu.....I wish they hadn't.

Honestly? Because I didn't have time. Sorry, thanks for the info.
it's well known that devs have more time than users :)
See how the level of poison is doubled? Minor, yes... not game breaking. Just interesting.
Default buffs do not list it either, come to think of it. :(

DoT Timers was interfering for other people.

Does EBB display MoS, by chance? Just wondering, so I know if I have to try and code something in myself. XD (I heart EBB)

I actually lied, the problem occurs in the US client too. Both run 2.3, both run the latest revisions of all installed Ace addons and libraries.
