I'm getting an Ace2 error whenever SpellReminder is trying to use a soundfile to announce a warning, it seems to only be using sounds from other addons that are loaded. In my case, BigWigs which isn't always loaded and therefore SR can't access the soundfile and throws the error.
Also, I noticed that I'm not getting any reminders for debuffs on bosses like Demoralizing Shout or Mortal Strike. I'm obviously a Warrior. It's working fine for Battle Shout however, I have pretty much everything else Inactive.
Hi all, just a quick update. I'm having a few delays in making SR fully 2.4 compatible, been away on holiday and now i'm very busy with work.
Sorry for the slow update hopefully i'll get some decent time to finish it soon.
Any progress update yet? One of the latest BigWigs updates or something seem to have made its sounds unavailable to SpellReminder (most probably the swich to LibSharedMedia-3.0) so now I only have the annoying sound from Bugsack/Buggrabber in the list of available audio warnings. And None, of course. This is in reference to my last post before yours, Oridan.
Only way to 'fix' it is to change it to LSM3 in Line 8 of SpellReminder.lua, but that doesn't solve the lack of 'own' sounds when other addons that currently provide them aren't enabled.
I too have this problem. I *did* put SpellReminder on standby manually. It seems the slash commands/rock config are disabled too though so I can't resume it.

...However, today I logged on and discovered I've got a similar problem to Hyorinmaru on page 11. I've tried pretty much everything you have listed there with little luck.
When I type /ace list enabled, it lists spellreminder as spellreminder(standby)-1.1
I've released the 2.4 ready version of SpellReminder. I didn't post sooner because I hadn't put the totems in yet, but that is now also done.
I've fixed the problem with the /spellreminder command not working if you put it in standby in a previous session. Sorry it took so long, I must have been having an off day.
If you have the same problem as Hyorinmaru or Asuryan then you can now simply type /spellreminder to open the menu, and re-tick Enabled.
Have you ever thought of adding spell cooldowns to SpellReminder as well ? eg so I could see if Mind blast was ready to be used again ?
Hi Simes, i did think about it at one stage, but there are much better addons which work very nicely with SR. The one i use is called CooldownTimers2, you should take a look, it does exactly what you're asking for (and more) :)

I've looked briefly at CooldownTimers2, but it would appear that its in a state of flux as the mod author has stopped developing it and the last comment on the CooldownTimers2 forum didn't fill me with confidence :(
Anyway, I've been having some trouble using SpellReminder lately, after 1 hour or so of raid usage the memory rams scales up to 7-10mb according to OptionHouse and starts lagging it up pretty badly. Any idea what could be causing this?
Hi Serenus, actually i've been having the same problem and played about a LOT with recycling tables and stuff. and i *think* i've got it working ok now, at least i've been playing for a week or so now and i actually completely forgot about the problem. I'll commit now :)

Awesome addon, using it to replace the dating ClassTimers.
I was curious if there is any way to allow only certain spells to receive warnings for expiration.
An example being: I'd like for Polymorph to have an 'Ending in...' and 'Expired' warning, but I don't want an 'Ending in...' warning for Frost Nova, only the expiration warning. For most other spells I don't even need the warnings.

After recently updating it's tracking buffs i cast on myself (motw, gotw, thorns) even with custom group set to none. Even setting the filter for self buffs to none does nothing to hide them, always getting tracked in the Normal bar area.
Love this mod, but having trouble lately with it. I updated today, after trouble in raid last night, and all my spell settings seem reverted to a default. All spells are now set to "none" for custom group, and although I have the "normal" group set to emphasize, they do not. Spells that were supposed to go to "self" group go to "normal" instead. No group will emphasize not matter what I set it to. I run BigWigs, Mangler, and SpellReminder in raids, and last night and today spell reminder has to be disabled for those other mod's bars to show.

That would be great, thanks :D
I love the configuration that you have done for it. Very simple to configure. Turn on "record", cast spells, turn off record. Wahlah. Configured.
However, I'd like to hide the emphasis list entirely (I don't use it) and remove the label Normal.
Is there a way to do that?
