Today's update (incorporating LSM-3.0) isn't working for me, as Quartz is currently getting no fonts from ClearFont or SCT. SCT is still on 2.0 I believe, as are some of my others (OmniCC, Grid), but my ClearFont has 3.0. Not too long ago I manually installed the 2.0 lib once CF switched to 3.0 so that the aforementioned addons (including Quartz, at the time) could receive fonts from CF; this worked, quartz including. However now, Quartz is getting no fonts, despite having 3.0 (and CF having it also). What's interesting is, if I disable the LSM-2.0 (the entire library), with standalone LSM-3.0 installed, Quartz works. However the other addons don't. If both are enabled, the case is the same as if only 2.0 is enabled (quartz doesn't work, others work).
So yeah, I'm thinking there is some kind of lib incompatibility here. I'm not very proficient in libs so some help would be greatly appreciated :D
I have a similar problem. I'm using a mod called Surfaces, which adds additional bar textures, and I see these new textures fine in CowTip, sRaidFrames, InFlight, and everything else that makes use of bars, except for Quartz.

Same issue here. The texture I'm using shows up for Pitbull but not Quartz.
Surfaces is ancient... I'm pretty sure it's not even on the SVN anymore. Upgrade to SharedMedia; it includes all the textures Surfaces did and more (and fonts too) and registers media with modern libraries like LibSharedMedia-3.0. The only reason Surfaces works with your other addons is because they use the older LibSharedMedia-2.0 or the even older SharedMediaLib-1.0, both of which include additional code to capture media registered to versions older than themselves (including SurfaceLib).

I'm using SharedMedia :(
To be more specific, some textures from SharedMedia are showing up but the one that I'm using with PitBull (Hal's textures) doesn't show up with Quartz.
This is probably the wrong thread for this, but as this is the only add-on I've specifically noticed it for...
My BantoBar texture option is gone and I'd like to have it back. I don't know anything about Libs, but if there's a way to get it back, that'd be great.

Thank you much. I guess I just didn't look hard enough for addons that did this sort of thing. I literally just started using Surfaces yesterday because I wanted to drop Grid while still using its Gradient texture for my bars. I'm using SharedMedia now with the Gradient texture applied to MyMedia.lua and it's working in everything, Quartz included. Thanks again!
What does Quartz_Flight do? I have it enabled, I edited the color to something visible yet I never see it when I take a flight path?
I belive you need another addon, like Fubar_FuTo in order to record flight times for it to display (there's another one that I think works too, but the name escapes me at the moment). First flight will not show the bar (since time hasn't been recorded yet), but subsequent flights between the same flight points should show a flight timer bar after that.
I'm having an issue where the cast bar disappears while I'm casting even though the spell completes casting.
I'm a Holy paladin and heals should not be pushed back and for the mobs involved there is no chance of interruption. It happens when I'm AoE a lot of things that are hitting me. I'll cast a heal and sometimes the cast bar goes away as if something interrupted the cast; however, the heal goes through fine and I see the amount healed via SCT and the health comes back.
Has anyone else seen this issue? It is a recent issue for me. I think Quartz might be getting confused on what happened?

I haven't done any extensive testing on this or looked at the Quartz code but I believe it has got something to do with "on getting hit" procs. (Paladins have one too, right? Holy Shield?)
For example when I have Shadowguard up and get hit while casting Mind Blast the cast bar will disappear. My guess is that Quartz picks up some "spell finished" event for the Shadowguard and hides the bar as it think it was the spell that's casting that finished.

Yes they do, but I think you're thinking of Redoubt..? (Holy Shield is manually cast. ;))
Come to think of it, I think that may very well be the case I was seeing when casting Avenger's Shield or Hammer of Wrath mid-combat (that it lost the cast bar on a Redoubt proc when hit).

I believe it's a Blizzard bug introduced in 2.4.

I think so too. I noticed whenever the cast bar disappears the animation of the casted spell of the game character stops. Anyone noticed that too?
Oh, that's been around for years...
