Windfury and Sword Specialization still reset the swing.
CHAT_MSG_SPELL_SELF_BUFF include extra attacks, but my knowledge and implementation of lua is fairly poor, but if I can get it to work I'll post the code.
That sounds kind of cool, although i disagree with the use of Green, as that's usually the color the bar is when i'm casting a healing spell. Maybe a dark green, or a dark blue.
Maybe I'm missing it but is it possible for me to spawn my own timer bars? I'd like to do a bar for when Will of the Forsaken or Beserker Rage are used.
Do you think it would be possible to add in a way to filter out certain castbars (without editing the .lua files everytime you upload)?
In Black Temple a boss called Essence of Desire casts a spell named Deaden that should not be interrupted. She also casts a spell called Spirit Shock that should be. So filtering out the Deaden would make it easier.

I've put it in the Addons directory, and it shows up in the "Addons" section on the login screen (I've even tried unchecking it and checking it). It doesn't show up red (so there are no dependencies missing), but when I log in, quartz just doesn't show up.
When i type "/quartz", i get "Type '/help' for a listing of a few commands". I've tried disablilng other mods (such as agUF, which has a castbar component), and nothing seems to be working. I'm not getting a lua error or anything, it's just not coming up. Any ideas on debugging/fixing my problem?
My quartz settings clearly identify what spell is being cast. As someone who can, you know, read and stuff I make the choice as to what to kick/not kick.
Or are you making a tongue-n-cheek reference to the caliber of your stabbity-stabs? :P
:edit: Nevermind, read through the topic a bit and found that you have to hit enter once you've entered a spell.

Example:
Thats a really cool idea. Like latency, but reverse.
Quartz already does a game starting in x countdown style bar, is this what you mean? If so check the options it's in there.
--SO how do u start a Mirror timmer as part of a macro.
In the context of the skyguard daily at honored you have to open a portal, and i'd like to make a macro that starts a 3min timmer for the portal.

And yes, we have cripple rogues :)

The problem is SupplyAndDemand (see http://www.wowace.com/forums/index.php?topic=6395.0). You might want to switch to AddonLoader.

THANK YOU! I was going nuts there.
Also, is it possible to skin the castbar? All my other bars use the "banto" style, so it would be kinda nice.
It's in the options for each bar type (player, target, mirror, buff, etc).
But it only works in Battlegrounds, not in Arena. Iam using the german client :O
It's probably missing a translation then. In the US English client I get a timer bar for the start of an arena match.
