Is it possible for Auracle to display text in the lower right corner as well as the center? See Debuff Filter for example. It displays time in the center as text and stacks in the lower right as text. http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info6530-DebuffFilter.html
I know we can use the spiral to display stacks and text to display time, but I find the spiral very hard to see. The way Debuff Filter displays time and stacks is very clear.
One question, I have spent at least an hour configuring and tweaking this addon to my liking, but I can't for the life of me make it so icons disappear entirely after a buff is applied. I basically want a Fortitude icon to appear under my player frame when it's NOT buffed, then disappear when it is.
The description for the addon hints at this possibility, am I just being blind?
It is possible to get this to work with buttonfacade? The icons generally look pretty with configurable borders/tints/alphas and such, but buttonfacade would complete the unification of the visual style of icons on my screen.
I can imagine why not though probably due to the massive amount of configuration possible.

Thanks! A mod like Auracle is sorely needed.
I suppose it's inevitable to just have the three text options (label, time, stacks) independently configurable. I'll put it on the list.

In the "tracker style" for your tracker, just uncheck the "show when other's" and "show when mine" for the border, icon, spiral and text. Then none of those things will appear when the tracker is activated (either by you or someone else), and you can just configure the "when missing" settings how you like.

This has been requested a few times and it is on the list, but it's not a high priority at the moment. I'm a little worried about limiting the configuration options, since Auracle's tracker icons behave a little differently than a conventional "button". Making it draw the appropriate settings from BF while still offering full configuration for those without BF, and for the options not covered by BF, seems complicated.
But it is on the list to be researched more, at least.
It would be kind of nice to be able to change the order of things after I've defined them.
Also, it might be nice to be able to have it show a different set of trackers depending on which form I'm in on my Druid, but I can probably split up the cat/bear icons into separate rows to achieve a similar level of readability.

You can - in the tracker options untick the 'lock tracker window' (or something like that). They'll turn blue and you can drag n drop em to the right order. It can get a little difficult to work out if you're like me and have them invisible when solo/missing. I just look at what order I'm moving things in the tracker options window list.
I am trying to put together a range indicator for totems with Auracle and came across a problem: Is there any way to expose whether I am in range of totems that grant no buff? Thought they were simply hidden by BuffFrame but it appears UNIT_AURA is not triggered by them at all. Listening to COMBAT_LOG_EVENT would work for some that do periodic energize or heal but not for Tremor for example.

Not AFAIK.
These totems pulse an instant-cast spell, as such you cannot know before each pulse whether someone will be in range of the incoming pulse. And then if the pulse is a dummy script you can't even listen to the pulse happening on people.
The only way I could think something !like! this would work would be if the moment you drop the totem a circle of ~30y radius gets painted on the minimap. Then you can still see who is inside and who is not.
Yeah well that would still require coordinates inside raid instances and arenas, and the trouble of having all the shamans install an addon for such a purpose is beyond its worth I feel. However I wonder, maybe coordinates will be made available with the coming of instance maps in 3.1, don't have PTR char though so that's just wishful thinking.
Hey folks, been busy lately but I have been checking in and your requests are on the list.
At the moment I'm working on adding preset tracker types. So for my standard example of Mangle-Bear,Mangle-Cat,Trauma all applying an increased-bleed-damage debuff, there will be one button in the config that will add a tracker with those auras already defined. Likewise for, ideally, every other set of equivalent (de)buffs in the game.
So far my list is this:
Buffs

+% Stats: Blessing of Kings
+ Stats/Armor/Resists: Mark of the Wild, Gift of the Wild

I'm sure I've missed some, especially relating to DKs, so please post additions and corrections.
Totem of Wrath is actually a debuff that increases crit % taken, not a buff that increases crit % dealt. I'd recommend just copying the comprehensive list of equivalent buffs and debuffs from http://raidcomp.mmo-champion.com/ ;)

Good resource, thanks.
I've also started compiling lists for other types of tactical effects, for which I'll probably need even more input from each class:
If you're not using r32, try that. If you are and this persists, try this ingame:
Try r33.
works like a charm :)
Huzzah!
