I have a problem with Raittargets ({rt8} / {skull} etc). I'm on a german server, though using the enGB client (about 50% of our raid use it). For our drumrotaton we use these raittargetsymbols, either in a macro or simpledrumannounce. The problem is, that these symbols are localised, so {rt1} or {star} showes up as plaintext on the deDE client, and {sz1} {stern} (the german equivalent) showes up als plaintext in den enGB client.
Is there any way to filter these, or make chatter (or prat?) print the symbol instead? I've allready tried prat's coustomfilters, but then I also get a plaintext for the filtered {sz1}, ergo a {rt1} printed in text.
Also the odd thing is, according to my fellowo raidmembers who use the deDE client and chatter, {rt1} is translated to a sybol for them, but not {star} oder {circle}.
FYI I don't think Antiarc was thinking ahead much when he wrote some of the string matching patterns in Chatter and used syntax that only really works well for Latin based languages, if anybody finds issues with non Latin based languages post them here so they can be looked into.
I wrote the patterns used in the UrlCopy module and due to complexity they don't fully support IRI's and don't support IDN's at all except if you start the URL with "" target="" data-ensure-absolute>http://".
i have 1 problem. when i enable highlight it works well. thing is it didnt highlight it to the top middle of my screen like a /rw animation pop effect. how do i fix that?
Channel Names
Replace name with empty string doesn't work. If you use an empty editbox for the 'Guild' chat it doesn't replace it at all.
Hi, I was just poking around at Chatter tonight, and I notice this bug from mid-April still seems to be around. I really don't want channel names on guild/raid/part, I already know what those channels are from their colors. Any chance someone would be able to fix this so I can use empty strings?
Are you using Skinner by chance?
Yes, but I disabled the Chat Edit Box.
Ok, disabled Skinner and it works, have to find out now, which frame I have to disable.
Got it, thnx HunterZ
np, had the same problem at first. I'm guessing you turned off skinning of the default UI chat frame to fix it?
Change your editbox font back to Arial Narrow.
lol ty! what a strange solution :P
Example, I type /whi and Tab I've "/whisper", and if I press Tab with Prat, I've "/whine" but I'm struck with "/whisper" with Chatter
Any hint to change this beaviour ? Thanks in advance.
Not really... Not all fonts have Cyrillic characters.

eg: [Tr} <Name>: WTS things
I'd love to kill that colon :(
thanks.
Although I've only used it for a day, and not in any instance situations.
So far though, awesome work =D
