2. Ye player coloring seems strange. while all athers seem ok, my own name is always colored by the channel color
I just noticed this started today... I'm almost positive it was ok last night. There appears to be a checkbox to toggle coloring of your own name, but my name is always colored the channel color whether it's checked or not checked.
I wonder why I and my guildies don't have this problem.
Rhetorical question of the week ;).
Answer: because you haven't seen the problem yet :P. Because you haven't seen it and "your guildies" haven't said anything, doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist.
You/guildies may not have experience with how teknicolor or SimpleChatMods do things.
You/guildies were not in my raid at the time the last issue occurred.
You/guildies may have different settings for retaining player colors in saved variables.
You/guildies just may not have noticed the coloring issues (see above about teknicolor & SimpleChatMods).
And on and on and on. More people are reporting coloring issues above. Yes, I wish Antiarc the best in whatever he's doing and hope this problem can be looked at when he has spare time.
Using r74064, chat font size is not being applied when I log in or reload my ui. I have it set to a size of 11 but it seems to be starting at 9 or 10 on all chat frames until I open Chatter's config and jiggle the font size slider.
Hmm, and on another toon using the same profile (Default) it's starting at like 12 instead of 11.

I had a similar issue with my combat text and just set it to the size I wanted in the blizzard config (at least it's working for now until it can get fixed).
I don't know if this is the right place to post this or what..but I get these errors when using the hover link..

I just installed this addon for the first time today. I was using prat, but found it to be way too memory hogging. However when I installed, I got this error
Chatter\Modules\Editbox.lua:5: cannot find a library instance of "LibSharedMedia-3.0"
how do I go about fixing that?
edit: actually I get all types of lib errors. I pulled the libsharedmedia out of the lib folder, and just stuck it in my addon folder. Which got rid of that error. But when I relogged I just got another error. This seems like a really nice mod, but I dont want to pull all the libs out to my addon folder to get it to work right.
Hopefully there's another way to solve this problem.

Yep, loads of errors, looks like missing dependencies again. Wondering how these kind of errors end up in SVN...

Same issue for me. Good luck on those finals Antiarc!

It's not just the color, I also have brackets around my own name when I've disabled them for everything else.
Same.
After I saw this post I made sure to check. Yes this is happening to me also.
