1) Text justification module is now in
2) To get the "whisper" noise, change the Highlight Sound to "Whisper Ping"
3) I'll see about a "new text notification".
Hi, just want to report that copying profiles seems not to work.
I already configured everything on my warrior and want to copy these settings for my rogue. I can see my warriors name in the copy dropdown box, but I cannot select it. It just does nothing! Pls have a look at it.
The only thing that I really miss is the chatlog module, as a officer from a guild that likes to AFK most of my playing time to read these forums, its handy to have everything automatically logged to a text file in case something happens in guild chat that i need to be aware.
A simple option to log all channels upon login to wowchatlog.txt would be nice to have.
On another note, good work on Chatterbox, loving it so far!
However, noticed a bug'ish thing with URL-copy. Someone wrote "Approved.Thumbs up" (forgot the space) and it came up as "[Approved.Thu] mbs up".
Maybe make it a bit more aggressive on the checking for actual domain-names (.com/ .no/ .uk.co/)? Or check if it contains at least one "." and one "/", or at least two "."
Also: For us that are into estetique (sp?), could you make an alternative slash-command for copy-text and then hide the icon from the bottomright of each frame? Or if at all possible (don't know to much about the mechanics around Blizzards stuff), make it plug into rightclick on chat-tab.
Did you already add the option to disable the mouseover alpha change of the chatframe or did i just got confused by the "disable fading" option ?
Add the following line to any addon you have that is always running:
DEFAULT_CHATFRAME_ALPHA = 0
and the mouseover alpha change will go away. There is also an option in the Main Menu (Interface -> Social -> Lock Chat Settings (or somesuch)) that will lock your frames so that there is no alpha, but that also hides the tabs so you can't switch them (unless you're using Fane or another addon that makes the tabs always visible).
Two things I'd like to see - though whether they are anything other uses I don't know.
1) An option to hide the chat copy icon until mousing over the chat frame. It clashes some even with my not-so-special UI design.
2) A default way to hide channel names, turning "[5. Sekrits] [Char] Blabla" into "[5] [Char] Blabla". This isn't very important though since it can be done by typing it in.

Yes i'm using Fane, thanks for the tip, this is just funny, play for 3 years and never tried that ingame option :)
I've been using prat for so long and as it had that option i didn't bother trying somewhere else :)
is there a possibility to change the height and width below the blizzard-standards? and a reminder to scroll back to the bottom or scroll automatic back after a changeable time. (both like in prat)

Seems to be odd interaction between debug prints I'm using and chatterbox.
The line I'm using in recount is this:
Elbereth.

Well, after digging thru that one, I got it hidden finally, now that I know the name of the frame that is, yay. And I'm done derailing, sorry heh.
Looks nice, play with it later today when I wake up some, gogo 5am.
That, would make the sound when someone says for example my name, not when i get a whisper :)
How ? :)
Has to be in an addon that's lod'd to the combatlog, some of the code uh borrowed from that addon :)
It would be nice to have Classicons and/or Classcolored Names. The Icons from ChatIcons don't work anymore.

aesthetics is the word you're looking for. :)

Great work as always, Antiarc.

greetings bandicut
How would I go about using both?
Did i already said that i love you? Thanks for the quick coding/reply!

Ack! I didn't realize there was another! I did a Google search beforehand and didn't pull up anything. I must have missed it.
I, uh, guess I'll have to rename it.
