Elp: After clearing XLoot SV's, installing PRaid from SVN ( http://www.matts-hosting.com/addons/root/trunk/PerfectRaid/ ), I had no problems setting praid on standby. I'll try to replicate this problem, but either a list of your addons, or you going through and dis/enabling a few of them at a time till errors crop up would greatly help me. If there's a conflict, I'd like to get it solved :)
mrfreeman: After a XLoot SV clear, it loaded up fine for me, perhaps I changed something small in 0.3.3 that fixed initial startups :)

OK, I imported XLoot into the svn, I'll try to keep it updated on there until you get your account Xuerian. Btw works pretty good for me, but I havent had a chance to use it very long :)
the "lock frame" option makes me think this is supposed to be draggable, but I seem to be unable to do it through any of the normal LClick, RClick, CTRL/ALT/Shift combinations.
Vagabond: If lock is off, you can drag it. Unless you turn cursor off as well, it will snap back with everything looted.
You drag it by dragging the buttons. They are triggered OnRelease, and OnRelease isn't triggered if OnDragStart is triggered first. So just drag the loot itself, I'll make the frame draggable in the next build.
Good addon, thx. Had an idea last night. Would be nice when the border color would be set by the highest item thats lootable. From grey over green to the epic color. Would be handy in many situations.

Highlighting is really nice idea but the all loot is useless since you can shift+right click ... ninja button :S

i disabled all addon just xloot and HostelBar (http://svn.wowace.com/files/HostelBar-r10913.zip) than i do /HB standby

Incorporate EasyMasterLoot-type functions. (i.e., when masterlooting an item, have the dropdown sorted by class, rather than group. (or either one, as selectable.)

its just easier if there is a button in the loot window then having to hover back to the body and shift+click
