hey, which LibPeriodicTable-3.1 contains quest items and is there an easy way to modify it? I will create a ticket for the missing items, but in the mean time I'd like to add the ones I use everyday.
misc.quest
If you are planning on ticketing every item from 2.4 please just use the alpha instead.

Why, when I choose alignment center, and then alignment right (for the buttons), the order of buttons is reversed... is that a bug or a feature?
I suppose I should rename it "anchor" and not align.
I suppose I should rename it "anchor" and not align.
I may be biased because of the way we westerners read... I kinda expect the buttons that are top-first to bottom-last in the list to appear from left-first to right-last if I set up my bar horizontally. How about an option (simple checkbox) to just flip the order of the buttons? Definately a lot less hassle (for the user) than reordering all the buttons just because I switched the "anchoring". :)
That's what he means by anchoring, the bar spawns from the anchor point, and goes right to left, it would be reverse if you anchor from the left, same with up/down.
If you are planning on ticketing every item from 2.4 please just use the alpha instead.
I/m using the the alpha and the daily items don't show up. Is this expected? My other ACE addons use "without externals" so they share the common libs. Is this a problem?

Hi, I'm using the latest alpha (2.04.01.41) and there seems to be a problem with the buttonlist sharing or better the not sharing of buttons.
i got 3 chars, rogue, mage and paladin and only use the basic bar, so i set the button share option for all 3 charaters to none, however if i change the hearthstone to not show on rogue or paladin it also disappears for the mage, same with the mainhandbuff slot which gets activated on mage/paladin if i switch it on with the rogue.
This version is for you! The share on the buttons themselves had an error which was fixed. What you can do now is set the Hearthstone to not show for all by disabling it. Then log mage and set mage's Hearthstone button to be shared: "none". Now enable it again. It will now be disabled account wide, except for mage char where for that character alone it is enabled. You can also instead set shared to "class" for the mage character so it will show up for all mages, not just the one mage...
I think there is still an issue with the shared buttons, which I am working on. It would provide a different (& more heavy handed) way of dealing with the issue you had.

How do I move the tooltip? I thought in the older version you could select where on screen you wanted it to show?
Get something like TinyTip or CowTip or some other Tip addon.

So I use wowmatrix to update my addons and updated AutoBar, when I logged in some things were different but really buggy. For example I'd try to disable certain buttons and they wouldn't disable, or a button I was trying to get on one bar would show up on another (rogue) bar. Then I realized that wowmatrix may not have had the correct update so I came here and loaded it and now it's not working at all. When I log in I get errors and when I click on my mount or potions, etc I get errors:

Also, did you quit completely out of Wow after doing your update? That is the only way new files can get loaded.
Try deleting all the files in your Autobar folder then getting them again. You should have 24 files, the libs folder and the Art folder. There should be 21 lib folders inside libs.

the comment about trinket slots reminded me of something I haven't had a chance to look into thoroughly yet.
I have been using Autobar, TrinketMenu, and Outfitter in combination for a long time. I mention these three because in theory each of them has the capability to automatically equip and unequip my riding crop when I'm mounted. In fact, that used to happen, but it isn't happening any more. No change to my trinkets when mounting. Any suggestions as to where I should look first?
Question. with the older autobar version by default it would have a option to have heal potions + healthstones under one category. With that setting i was able to use 1 key to use both items depending on which i had. Currently i notice health potions and healhstones are separated.. it seems no longer possible to have both under 1 keyboard shortcut.

Make sure the right button is active (the one named "heal") and that the other cooldown healing ones are deactivated

--- Reset Button for AutoBar
--- Resolve issues with class buttons being placed on account bars.

This version is for you! The share on the buttons themselves had an error which was fixed. What you can do now is set the Hearthstone to not show for all by disabling it. I think there is still an issue with the shared buttons, which I am working on. It would provide a different (& more heavy handed) way of dealing with the issue you had.
It is expected if you do not replace the PeriodicTable3.1 files with the bundled ones in the zip. The svn one you get with wowaceupdater would supercede it otherwise.
