Is there a way to adjust the x/y offset for the list when you mouseover the icon? The anchor option is helpful, but unless I stick the icon in a strange place, the list overlaps other UI elements. It would be great to have both the icon *and* the list appear in aethestic locations :) Perhaps a toggleable anchor like the notifications window? Or did I overlook something?
Great mod overall though. Clearing that one aesthetic hurdle I definitely plan on phasing Smartbuff/Smartdebuff/PallyPower/ReagentRestocker out of my compilation. Cheers.
*Edit* I also don't see a way to redirect the informational messages about who was buffed with what that show up in chat tab 1. Is there a way to move that to a different tab, or disable it altogether? Thanks.
*Edit #2* If I'm being thorough, it would also be great to be able to to hide the "ZOMGBuffs" tooltip that also pops up in addition to the list :P That said, of the 3 things mentioned, the ability to adjust the lists x/y offset is definitely the most desired. I promise, no more edits ;)

1) ZOMGBuffs determined that group 5 in my raid needed Shadow Protection.
2) Another priest cast Group Shadow Protection on group 5.
2) ZOMGBuffs didn't update right away, which is to be expected for performance reasons. It showed Group Shadow Protection icon on the button.
4) When I pressed the "Autobuff" key, ZOMGBuffs cast Group Shadow Protection on Group 5 even though they no longer needed it.
Would it be possible for the autobuff keybind to refresh the needed buffs before casting?
-----------------------
This leads me to a feature request:
An option to disable all buff checks/updates except for when the keybind is pressed. Although ZOMGBuffs seems very efficient, this would completely eliminate any unnecessary CPU cycles and would be very useful for players like me who merely press their Autobuff key to make sure everyone is buffed rather than rely on the notification messages or the icon tooltip.
Maybe the option could be called "ZomgBuffs -> Behavior -> Only on Autobuff"
or "Only on Keybind/Wheel"

Not as you describe, but I'll make it recheck when affected players auras change.

ZOMG's cpu usage is pretty low. Unlike other auto buff mods it does not do constant updates to see if buffs need doing. It waits for events such as unit aura changes before doing such tests, and none of this (except self buff reminders, and very simplistic/quick test when raid popup is opened) is done when in combat.
Thanks for making ZOMGBuffs Zeksie, I couldn't live without it any more.
One little thing:
Weapon buffs on my enhancement shaman (in this case windfury).
Time to remember me is 120 seconds.
When the time ist up ZOMGBuffs reflects this in it's button.
When I now reapply the windfury weapon buff manually (and not with
the shortcut I defined for it in ZOMGBuffs) ZOMGBuffs still shows
the windfury icon...
I have a few problems with this otherwise wonderful addon:
1) Still got the problem that pets aren't buffed. I did the following: Invited a hunter, buffed him with MotW. He then called his pet (which had no buffs) and ZOMG didn't pick up on this. He then right clicked the buff (I'll come to that later) and I buffed MotW again but the pet was still unbuffed and ZOMG didn't recognize this. So it does not seem to care about pets at all. I have "Buff pets" on of course. Please tell me if I should follow any specific steps so that you can look into this
2) When someone manually removes a buff by right clicking on its symbol ZOMG doesn't seem to recognize this (see above).
3) ZOMG seems to have problems picking up when someone comes in range, perhaps this is because no events are generated for this (in reference to your last few posts)? It is not until after the combat has begun that ZOMG tells me someone is missing a buff. So perhaps a "manual" check without a specific event would be nice or something like "Force check"...
As always: I'm sure you'll do the right thing. And keep up the good work.
Sometimes I press the autobuff keybinding out of combat and it fails to cast buffs that are needed.
ZOMGBuffs even shows the player needing the spell in the ZOMGBuffs button tooltip (playerlist), but not on the ZOMGBuffs button itself. The player was not blacklisted, I was assigned to the group, he was in range, the buff was enabled, etc.
Probably related to the same issue as I posted yesterday about it casting buffs that are no longer needed; i.e. the buff list getting out of synch.
It would be very nice if it could re-scan for needed buffs when the key/mousewheel is pressed, or if there was some other way to force a buff check.
Maybe if I left click on the ZOMGBuffs Icon it could refresh the needed buff list?

It's something I'm looking at atm. Had the same on my Paladin last nite. Seems it's forgetting to schedule a recheck in some cases.

Yep, I have noticed the same thing, I have the buff pets checked but it isn't checking pets to see if they are buffed. I tried manually buffing to see if it wasn't picking up on it.
The other thing I noticed is I would love to be able to auto buff me for Shadow Prot as a single without automatically buffing the party with it. I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Any help would be great.
I have a ton of addons installed. For example ZOMGBUFFS *and* Chatter. Yesterday I could not change the sounds in the highlight module of Chatter on an alt of mine (Main Char was no problem). After a systematic searching procedure I found out, that I can only change highlight sounds, if ZOMGBUFFS is enabled on a char (No kidding!). I run all addons disembedded, btw.... The problem is reproducable on any char...
Is it possible to buff me always first? Just for the usual PvP it would be useful to buff me with my expensive buffs first as long as the free mana thing is running and not to give SdKings to some AFK players standing on the graveyard *g*
Possible bug ?
opened blessing manager, saw all kings
loaded my 'raid' template in blessing, reopened blessing manager still all kings, on the fubar tooltip it had the correct ones tho, loaded my 'raid' template in blessing manager module, still showed all kings when i reopened the manager?
SmartBuff can auto buff in combat. As a frost mage, I greatly appreciate the ability to just wiggle my mousewheel to toss up an Ice Barrier.
I agree wholeheartedly - this is the one difference between SmartBuff and ZOMGBuffs that prevents me from switching to ZOMG. Please, please, please: duplicate this functionality of SmartBuff!
I believe that SmartBuff is simply remembering the last buff cast before entering combat and just recasting it every time the mousewheel is moved - you get a "spell not ready yet" error if Ice Barrier isn't ready yet, otherwise it rebuffs it.
I do the same thing on my Palladin alt - have it constantly rebuff Seal of Righteousness every time I move the wheel in combat.
I could be wrong, but there seems to be a simple solution around the "can't buff in combat" issue. I know that you can change a macro while in-combat and it take effect (I have a few bound to my actionbar and changing them in-combat works fine), so why not have the mod use a macro slot to put it's next castable buff into and then have the bindings for mousewheel or whatever just point to the macro? I'm sure there's some secure-frame issue that I'm overlooking, but figured I'd toss it out anyway.
Any chance in having blessing manager update the talented buffs for paladins with pallypower in the raid if they respec after joining the raid? The only way I can seem to get it to update is a /reloadui
Also if someone whispers me !buff -xxx +xxx while blessing manager it would be nice to have it update if I already have blessing manager open.

Most likely the sounds you picked are registered by ZOMGBuffs, and unless you load ZOMG they don't register and you don't get any choices. Or not the ones you'd picked at least.

Can't seem to disable the Tracker (70 Shaman). Uncheck "Enable" and it still sits there. A reload of the UI doesn't resolve it either.
