I consider it pretty usable now, and would love to get some feedback.
Currently the only theme I've made for it mimics Windows Vista Aero theme when you minimize/restore windows. Try it with the Auction frame especially.
It has support for non-Blizzard frames, but I've only added OneBag/OneBank/OneRing so far.
The only issue I have is it's causing some sort of taint/secure function issues. When it's loaded, I can't right click items in Baggins. I keep getting the disable/ignore dialog that starts disabling all my Ace mods.

I'll look into it after the raid tonight. I'm not getting anything like that with default bag frames or OneBag.
EDIT: Found it, will commit a fix in a few. Should be fixed now.
Awesome addon! It's always great to see something new from addon authors and this is visually fantastic. :)
Edit:
I have Advanced TradeSkill Window (which works fine) with TradeJunkies. TradeJunkies shows a window of all the recipees/designs, what have you, that you don't have yet and is opened up by clicking a button in the trade window.
However, with this addon, when the trade window is opened, the TradeJunkie window opens up separately at the same time.
Nothing major at all, just thought I'd let you know.
REALLY great mod, really impressed by how smooth it is running.
Only got one slight niggle at the moment.
It fades in the chat edit box (the thing you type in when talking in chat) which is fine but when you press enter to send the message it fades it back out. I have noticed that if I am pressing a key to move as soon as I have pressed enter the game doesnt pick up on the key I have pressed so I have got to press it again. I guess it can't detect a keypress as the window fades out?
(type summat in chat, press enter and immediately press 'w' to walk forwards and it don't get it)
Maybe some kind of frame blacklist would be cool or is this something that will be added to later versions?
There is another Issue: It taints :(
That means I can't cast spells from the general tab of my Spellbook, I always get "Ace2 has been blocked ..." Error when I try to use disenchant skill.

Low priority, but noted for later.

Thanks. I'll look into this, I haven't really noticed it, but I guess it's because I use mouse4 for autorun. Currently all frames all are added by name, if you open BlizzardFrames.lua you can comment out the ChatEditBox line until I commit a fix.

Looking into this now, I don't touch the spellbook frame for this reason, but something else is tainting along its path.
I just committed a fix to the tainting issues, let me know if any more come up.
I also updated the wiki page to show frames that cannot be themed. If a default Blizzard frame isn't themed (other than the bag frames, working on it) and isn't on that list let me know.
Also, if you'd like to see a specific non-Blizzard addon themed then post it here.
Would love to see the baggins bag windows themed if possible? :D
Oh, would the fubar menus be at all possible (infact, if these were added perhaps a option menu so you can decide which addon windows get themed?)
I'll look into Baggins. Dewdrop (the FuBar menus) does some re-anchoring when the frame hides that makes the effect look really poor; until I have time to thoroughly test some workarounds don't expect much (though I'd personally like to see these working).
On my todo list is definitely something similar to Skinner in which you can select which frames to theme (and which theme, eventually).

Hmm, another question (I don't have ability to try this out at the moment and I'm bored ^^), what's the performance impact, if any at all? ;o
Greatly depends on the frame and the amount of visible children it has. Has no affect when the frame isn't transitioning.
Can maybe takes a FRAPS later, should just download it though. =P
