Would be nice with a fubar option to set the "iHateCuteAndFunnyThings" =)
This is actually a good idea, despite that fact that Rabbit did such an awesome job with the quips I can see that some people wouldn't want to see them. The first rule of Closetgnomes is that they do not talk about Closetgnome.
Using DeuceCommander gives me the option "Cute" under Inventory (next to ClosetGnome options) with the description "Toggle off if you're a gnome hater."
I would love to use this addon but it lacks the 1 thing I absolutely love about outfitter:
Ont he character screen when you pick up a piece of gear a pullout bar appears with all available items to put in that slot from your inventory.
I much prefer the interface of closet gnome to outfitter but this one feature makes outfitter far more appealing to use. Any chance something like this can be added or if theres another ace2 mod that accomplishes this same feature?
Just gave CG a try after using Itemrack for ages. I really like it, but one thing doesnt seem to work: the switcher. It is enabled and i assigned my sets to my warrior stances but when i switch stances it wont swap my sets. Reading trough this thread seems im the only one. Any ideas anyone ? :)
I don't know about using Switcher for warriors, but it works perfectly for my Priest when using Shadowform.
I'm working on the banking module, but I've been very busy with work this week. I have this evening off, so maybe I'll take a stab at it! I very much want that module myself :)
As for the quips, I just moved it from /cghater to the menu. You bastards :P I really did not want to remove them, but I aim to please!
I changed how the quips work a bit, so if anyone is up for making a ClosetGnome_Sloganizer, that should now be possible ;) Go!
I'm getting the following error for ClosetGnome_Switcher r15637:
Modules\Druid.lua:4: Cannot find a library instance of Babble-Spell-2.2.
<in C code>: in function `error'
AceLibrary\AceLibrary.lua:383: in function `AceLibrary'
Modules\Druid.lua:4: in main chunk
---
After further investigation, it appears there is a typo in the toc:
Pip i read that, but since there´s a warrior.lua included i thought the readme might be a little bit outdated.
I´ll create 3 macros which will switch stances and apply the sets and put them on my hidden bar...should work also.
dyree, fixed in the SVN, thanks.
Any errors in the Switcher module should be directed to PProvost, I did not make it.
Devla, I recently moved the cute/cghater option to the main fubar menu/slash command. It's simply named "Quips" - toggle it off to disable the messages.
niggurath, I have no idea about TabletLib, it works 100% here.
hmm i updated to the latest version again and still the same problems on PTR. maybe there are some differences between PTR and TBC. but well who cares about PTR as long as it works for TBC ^^
btw today i found another bug playing on 1.12.1 live realm.
I'm playing a lvl 60 paladin with 2 times t2 gloves and boots. 1 time with +heal/+stam and second time with mithril spore/ridingskill. somehow closetgnome can't see the difference between both items because sometimes it chooses the riding items and the other time it chooses the right one.
Any idea? Maybe CG doesn't check for enchantments.
ClosetGnome_Banker is now in the SVN, please test! ^^
It doesn't do shirts and tabards because I did not consider them important when I initially made ClosetGnome. People are requesting support for them, so I will add it alongside the small rewrite I've planned.
It does indeed not differentiate between same items with different enchants yet. This will also be fixed with the small rewrite.

Check out Sloganizer.net - some of the generated quotes there are just plain odd, but they're fun, especially the ones in German.
I always get error on line 1106 "SetFontSizePercent"....
Any Ideas, because many of my Fubar addons need TabletLib.

However sometimes the Gnome messages are a bit much.
There used to be a "Cute" option, and I see the locals in the code, but thats it.
