Not having any issue but more like a feature request.
Could that be possible to change the health/power bar color to match my pitbull settings ?
You can manually edit the healthbar.lua
local function HealthGradient(perc)
local r1, g1, b1
local r2, g2, b2
if perc <= 0.5 then
perc = perc * 2
r1, g1, b1 = 1, 0, 0
r2, g2, b2 = 1, 1, 0
perc = perc * 2 - 1
r1, g1, b1 = 1, 1, 0
r2, g2, b2 = 0, 1, 0
And the powerbar.lua
local powerType = UnitPowerType("mouseover")
if powerType == 0 then
powerBar:SetStatusBarColor(48/255, 113/255, 191/255)
elseif powerType == 1 then
powerBar:SetStatusBarColor(226/255, 45/255, 75/255)
elseif powerType == 2 then
powerBar:SetStatusBarColor(1, 210/255, 0)
powerBar:SetStatusBarColor(1, 220/255, 25/255)
...with the rgb value you wish.
But, as i said a few post ago, i'm stuck with a greenish background....i'm certainly missing something my "lua" being as poor as my english :-P
I am also having issues with CowTip not hiding the tips when in combat.
This is actually the only issue I'm having with this mod, but what hell of an issue it is hehe, when I saw the "display tooltip" section in the configuration pannel I was so happy, now I'm frustrated because it doesnt work.
I am having issues with CowTip not immediately hiding (player - maybe more) tooltips.
And maybe you can make the "target: YOU" feature way more eye-catching. I'm kind of addicted to TipBuddy because of that. Even at the quickst glimpse you can see, hovering a bunch of people, who is targeting you.. without much "reading". If someone is targeting you, it says "YOU" in capital letters and colored white.
@feliae: Do you have it set to not fade out, but hide immediately? I have only heard of there being that issue for inanimate objects in the 3-d world (signs, etc)
My bad. Should have read the tooltips :-/
I was somehow focused on "unit frames" however "world units" is what I was actually looking for :-/
As for changing the text.. I have to investigate that. But from what I've seen there is no "is in my group color" in the dogtag wiki's Color Tags listing. However I believe I can live without "is in my group colouring". I like having bold text though ;) Is that possible?
When using Tipbuddy if I put my mouse over a mob and they are part of a quest I have, I see what quest they are for and how many of the mob I need to kill. I like Cowtip but I dont see that when I use it. Is there a way to enable this?
