Both TankPoints and Prat (listed above) are using the same version of Deformat.
After login:
T6 Tank helm equipped (no gem/ench): no error, addon works fine.
Same helm with the CoT enchant equipped: addon will not even load, error at login
Logging in without the enchanted T6 helm equipped addon will work till you euip it.
i know its not much but maybe helps for some to still use the addon. The addon worked fine until I had my old helm with the same enchant on. The addon made the 1st error as I recived yesterday my helm and enchanted it in my backpack after the raid.
TankPoints needs an update for the new meta gem that gives +10% Shield Block value, currently the block value is showing incorrectly, but mousing over Block in the defenses tab will give the correct value.

Sorry if it wasn't clear, but my reply wasn't in any way related to yours at the time. Just something I needed to mention since 2.4 introduced the new meta gem and wasn't reporting the block value correctly :p

There was no gem at all. Only the CoT enchant.
When promoting people to MT's.
(despite it getting blamed)
