Happens when i respecced from resto to elemental, losing Mana Tide but gaining Totem of Wrath. Deleting the yata savedvariables will of course reset the entire addon and it works just fine after WoW restart, but it's getting kinda annoying if you are forced to respec like 2 to 3 times a week *cringe* and have to set up everything again. Of course i was by now smart enough to back up my yata settings and just copy them over (or edit the file manually), but wanted to point it out anyway.
Thank you for this great addon, i can't imagine playing without it :P

This issue has been in Yata for awhile, I did used to just change the LUA (It had a list of the totems Yata loaded) but recently that part was removed for whatever reason and am unable to do this (There's no longer a list). So basically I'm back too resetting the WTF file. It's a relatively annoying bug if you're in a smaller guild that has limited healers and are respeccing constantly.
Hmm, Lyfe & Mooshroom, I still can't reproduce your errors, it would be great if you could post (ace.pastey.net) your savedvars yata.lua before respec and after it, with the error. Technically this should never happen if you /console reloadui after unlearning your skills and before you distribute your points again, then a /console reloadui again.
My current internal build includes a method to automatically reparse the totems after reskilling (does not yet work properly with cycircled), unfortunately the event Blizzard offers, just fires, if you learn new spells, not if you forget/unlearn them. So it would not fire after unlearning (unlearning lets say earth shield), only if you gain a new spell, like spirit weapons (parry and stuff). I'm not 100% sure if that fixes the problem, theoretically it should always fix it, since there is no build with no extra spells, not 100% sure for some strange ele-enh-resto builds.
Edit: Try the current build first, it adds the experimental reload on reskill and a real Reload menu entry.
Yata is great though a bit buggy in the early levels of a Shaman.
Anyway I'd like to suggest some features:
1. shift/ctrl/alt + left/right-clicking on a timer bar should stop that timer
2. Enable the cooldown model for the totem bar, so OmniCC can do its thing there
3. Maybe add an option to change the alpha of the totem bar

*nod* I haven't seen any changes and this only started this week. I used it on Sunday and had no issues, I used it again on Tuesday and had the lag on any mouseover of the Yata bar.
I'm only seeing it at this point with Yata, but I can only assume that perhaps an underlying library was changed that may have caused it between Sunday and Tuesday. I run WAU daily before I log in so I am always using the latest of everything.
Nothing on my setup has changed but it is causing a very noticeable game stutter when I mouse over the bar and the totem flyout appears.
If I have a chance this weekend (somewhat heavy raiding and such the next few nights) I will try and only run Yata and see if I have the same issue and if not then try and narrow down the cause.

yata seems like a great addon, but i can't make it work...
I have the menu, but i can't find a yata bar, and when i use a totem, no timer appear anywhere...
If you could tell me how to default it to the middle of the screen to confirgure it or something to make it appear somewhere...
If that can help, i'm using a french client, and pitbull/bartender, if there is a chance they can interfere...
This is an awesome addon - it is everything that I need in a totem addon, and I want very, very badly to be able to use it.
The problem is, I can't move it.
I've unlocked and relocked the frames over and over and over, but nothing seems to work. I've tried disabling a bunch of other addons, but that doesn't seem to help.
When I unlock the frames, a small blue 'tab' appears to the left of the frame. Clicking and dragging doesn't work, nor does clicking on the buttons.
It's really bizzare. I hope someone can help me with this, because it's frustrating the hell out of me.
You should enable the lua errors (interface options), this sounds like some error and report those here.
since you should be able to drag the blue tab (header) around and mouseover on the buttons should work.
