If I open the Guild tab of the sOcial menu, player names are only colored in Player Status mode. If I click the arrow near the lower right to change to Guild Status mode, player names are no longer colored.
I noticed that this addon is referencing LibStub in such a way that when running an updater in disembedded mode, LibStub will be downloaded as a disembedded library instead of an embedded one. This seems to be unintended behavior that is not consistent with other LibStub-dependent addons.
This is due to a change in dependencies. You need to install LibGuild and LibFriends.
Neither of these appear in the WAU list to install manually, and it should auto-download the dependencies anyway. I'm getting an error with the newest version showing that it is missing LibFriends, so the libs do exist.
Please commit a version with the dependencies correct so the updater properly pulls them down without embedded libs.

If you look at the OptionalDeps and X-Embeds fields in the .toc, you'll see that both already list all the libraries, including LibFriends-1.0 and LibGuild-1.0. The only problem I see with those fields is that they list LibStub, so that'll get downloaded as a standalone... otherwise, any decent updater should already be grabbing the necessary libraries.

Well the one from this site isn't, so I don't know what to tell you. They aren't downloading. I just did it again.
WAU is no longer developed, maintained, or supported by anyone. It was officially abandoned by its author, and it is suggested you switch to an updater that is not abandoned, such as WUU or JWU. See the Updaters forum for more information.
I still habe uncolored entries in my friendslist.
I guess it is because of the "female version".
In german UI Mage == Magier - if male.

The same for other classes Rogue, Schurke, Schurkin and so on.
Hi, I really love this addon, but I`ve had the problem in the picture with the wrong aligned drop down Fubar thing. Is it an Addon error or a lib error or is this behavior intended?
By the way - especially with classes I don't understand the localication problem.
Most API function also give the english classname like:
localizedClass, englishClass = UnitClass("unit");
Hi ist's quite a long time that I argued about wrong (missing) colors in friends - guild seems to work.
The "not colored" are female character - on deDE.
Never ever include a revision number in a link you mean to point at the latest version of an addon. People reading your post in a week or a month may follow your link, not realizing it's no longer the newest version. You can easily perma-link to the newest version like this:
Anybody still taking care of this addon? Several errors since 2.4.3.

- Improve Guild Module performances. It is VERY SLOW.
In guild it works
Also is there anyway to add (G) or (F) when people come online making it easier to know which list they're from?
I wiped my savedvariables and this is fixed.

Is this great addon no longer maintainde??

A zipfile link with no revision number always points to the newest version.
Since - I donno how many - weeks nothing about the "friend color problem" :(
