after todays update.
Getting some odd behaviour from this, recipies not displaying, the window not shoeing all the time (sometimes opens at the default window and sometimes when clicking again to hide it instead swapps to the default window)
hehe, im not that familiar with editing stuff on my own :/
It's really easy.
Go in your skillet addon folder.
Find the file Skillet.toc
Open it with text editor, notepad will do it.
The file should look like this:
Got these 2 errors today. Plus initially skillet didn't come up.

Could the option to show quantities of an item that can be crafted with bank & alternate characters be separated? In other words, could this one checkbox be split into two?
I don't really care how many of an item I can make with materials from other characters, and having 3 numerical values is cluttered and hard to read for me. I'd like to be able to show only the number of items I can craft with the mats in my bags, as well as the number I can craft from the mats in that character's bank.
This messed me up a bit: I logged on with one of my toons, and checked the shopping list. Saw that another toon need 10 mithril bars, so I mailed him 10 mithril bars. Looked at the shopping list again, didn't realize I hadn't misread it the first time, and now it says he needs 20 bars. So I sent him another ten, and watched the shopping list. It went up to 30. Wassup with that?
The shopping list doesn't track mailed items. If you needed, say, 40 Mithril Bar on an alt, and you had 30, the shopping list would say you needed 10. If you mailed 10 to the alt, it would see you needed 40 and had 20, and say you needed 20, and so on.
It really is a list to use for shopping, and it's one of the primary reasons I default-off the "Include Alts" checkbox.
It runs at 535Kb for me (1.5Mb when i have just scanned all proffs, but 1Mb vanishes after the next garbagecollection).
Yeah, it's just a rough estimate. I tried out Lilsparky's branch and it used 1MB+ on login, and a little more after opening the tradeskill windows. It's the only reason i'm still sticking with the original. Love the new functions and look of Lilsparky's though, hopefully it'll be added on the SVN soon so i can use it with WAU.
Not sure if this has been reported...not found on my search:

It's not fatal but surely annoying having to close/reload the Skillet window to get it finally sorted out (no pun intended)
I've tested quite many complicated tradeskill addons before staying with Skillet even through problems brought about by recent patches. It is a neatly done addon indeed.
I would like to ask nogudnik to add one feature though.
As a tailor I have lots of recipes to craft in my crafting window but generally I craft only few of them daily.
Would it be possible to add a list of favourites as a sorting option in Skillet? It would help me immensely.

nogudnik is MIA, which is why Skillet hasn't been updated in quite awhile. LilSparky has a new, evolved version of Skillet (Lil'Sparky's Skillet forum thread, the .zip is on the first page). His version has the option to only show items you can make. It's a little buggy and shows far more than can actually be created (possibly thinks the items are in my inventory when really they're in my bank/alts), but it definitely narrows down the list and makes it easier to find those 'daily' recipes.
yeah, the bank is considered for the "have materials" list. the trunk skillet also has this option (hiding uncraftable) and considers the bank when determining what's craftable. my intention is to add a selector not unlike the crafting level selector that would allow you to filter based on current inventory, bank inventory, alt inventory, or no filtering at all.
i'm also working on grouping, so that's probably more to the point of the previous request...

it happened when opening the tailoring window. I'm using the German client. The Wowaceupdater tells me that Skillet 73544.19 is installed.

So you've replaced original skillet with your own version finally?

try commenting out "Locale\Locale-esES.lua" from the .toc file and see if that fixes things.

Can we have an additional option in the enchanting window?
Right under the button "Enchant".
"[x] Close window after hitting the enchant button" (or something like that).

i dont think he has yet, because skillet was changed 35 days ago so we will have to wait a little longer :)
