Which are you using? I have a post there (see username "Toran") about this. Looks like someone else posted something similar a few posts below me on that page. Just not sure if it's a Bagnon thing or a Skillet thing.
On to the reason for the post... I'm getting some errors popping up when using skillet. I am using the version from WoW Ace Updater.

Nope, never even heard of those.. With -all- my addons disabled except Skillet and the required libs, the effect was slightly less "pronounced" but still there.. However, with skillet disabled and -all- my addons enabled, no pauses/freezes whatsoever while crafting. without looking at the code, I can think of a possible reason (and solution if this indeed the cause) for this:
1. Skillet may scan your inventory every time it changes, to see what you have/don't have (for the x/x/x infotips after every item in the tradeskill window)
If it doesn't do that, then I don't know.. The effect seems to be worse if I have a lot of different items in my bags, if I completely empty my bags, it doesn't start freezing up until I start getting more than a couple of items in my bags.
Solution: don't scan inventory during crafting, -or- even better for CPU usage, only scan inventory when the tradeskill window opens and closes, but never while it's open.
If this isn't the problem here, then I am at a loss to explain the cause, but I know the effect, freezing up.. disabling skillet makes crafting much faster...
Mine was locking up when I opened Skillet...so much that I had to reboot pc.I removed WTS ( Want To Sell ) and now I only get the that little hiccup like everyone else..I just assumed that I was getting lag.
Feature request: Bank retrieving should include tools.
When retrieving items from the bank for a set of queued recipes, the retrieve list should also take into account the tools that a particular recipe requires in addition to the reagents. Examples for various professions include: Arclight Spanners, Mercurial Stone, Simple Grinder, Blacksmith Hammer, Gyromatic Micro-Adjuster, etc. I know I commonly store these tools (particularly the engy ones) in the bank and only take them out to craft something, I cannot count how many times I've run from the bank to an anvil and left my tools in the bank, well I probably could but I'm not gonna admit how many :P.
Possible bug/feature suggestion: Retrieval list should denote items that are queued.
Commonly, when crafting things in Engineering, I find myself queueing up a number of various sub-parts required for a particular recipe. I've noticed that the retrieve list will list items that are on the queue to be made already as part of the list of items I need to gather, clearly if they are on my queue list to be created, I don't really need to have them on the retrieval listing. Though, I can see there being a use to have it listed, so perhaps just separating out said items on the list in a visual manner would be best.
Bug: Retrieval functions (at a bank) have difficulty retrieving items into full bags.
Frequently, when retrieving items from the bank, I find myself having to spam the retrieve button as the mod apparently gets stuck (that bag is full error) when retrieving items if it finds it has filled a bag in my inventory, but obviously not my inventory as a whole. It should be noted I do have a profession bag, but this seems to occur with any sort of items.
