Assuming you're talking to me, what I see in Violation right now on the latest I downloaded today is:
- Damage per second
- Healing per second
and a host of aggregate metrics, but no other rate ones. These are not the same as the ones I wanted:
- Damage taken per second
- Healing taken per second
- Global threat per second
- Target threat per second
EDIT: I just found the auto-reset on entering combat option, nice! I was fooled because the threat metric resets upon leaving combat no matter what, it seems.
I'm liking where Violation is headed. I've started using it regularly in raids and it seems to work pretty good. I did have one issue last night where a hunter using SWStats was showing up on Violation's damage done with astronomical figures. It wasn't like he had SWStats hacked either; some friends were using SWStats and they weren't getting the weird figures. Would it be possible to show a version number when you print the synch info and when you see the data source? So instead of just seeing the souce as SWStats it'd be SWStats 2.1.2 or whatever (I remember seeing these version numbers in the SWStats synch page; you could see everyone's version).
The one feature I want to see implemented is a page for Damage by Skills. I think it would be reasonably simple to have it track targets besides the player (like if you wanted to track how much damage was being done by a certain boss's abilities), but it'd be nice to at least have a page in the Violation window that would show numbers/bars that track individual skills and the damage they've done.
Can i wait for features loke multi-window view with tabs (simillar as SWS) and possibility of turning data reset individually for each tab? Also would be nice to have an option of data reset when joining the party.
could you please implement a feature that viol automatically resets data, when a sws reset vote is passed and an option for "only collect data when in combat"?

Nooooooo :O
So that means you are going to work on your own branch and then...? Release your own addon with another name or what?
Dunno. Probably just stopping working on it. I put my last changes on a branch, but ATM I lacks the motivation to continue.
Nope. I won't impose myself when I feel I annoy people.

Randomly, for the longest time now. :( Good thing I've got BugGrabber, but still..
Dooh! :-\
Which really sucks since i can see on sws that other people have it with me and pet merged, but i cant get violation to do teh same =(
(Yes, merge pets is clicked)

Only happens in groups, thanks again for the great job so far guys.
Keep up the good work!
Tested this myself, too (last nights version, forgot to record the revision number). My WE's damage is not added regardless of "Merge Pet" setting.
